About Me
I am working in a primary school where I have been working for the past 14 years( as a teaching assistant / cover supervisor). I would be interested in doing just school holiday cover throughout the holidays( although I do not want to do full time, either a couple of days a week or just odd days). I am 52 years old . I worked as a nanny for 19 years. I am NNEB qualified, I have an up to date 1st aid and good references. I am married with 2 children aged 33 years and 19 years. I would be looking to work in or near to Stevenage. I would be happy to cover your nanny's holidays if during school holidays.
My Experience
I worked as a nanny for 19 years. with various ages from birth to 13 years. I enjoy going to the park, toddlers, tumble tots, story time and rhyme time at the library, museum activities afternoons,etc. I also enjoy doing cooking and reading books and allow suitable rest periods for the child. I am able to do a mixture of activities based on the child's age and with as little cost as possible.
I have for the past 14 years been working in a primary school. 6 years in foundation and year 1 as a teaching assistant and for the last 8 years as cover supervisor for all years foundation to year 6.
My Qualifications
N.N.E.B
1st aid
Dbs certificate plus member of update service.
Food safety level 2.
I also have 2 certificates in safeguarding children and a gcse in child development.
Plus various courses attended in my role as TA
