I am an experienced nanny looking for a new family to work for. I have a variety of experience from young babies to twins to school aged children.
I am looking for a new nanny position, I am currently flexible and open to discussing various hours/days a week.
My Experience
My last nanny position came to an end at the end of September, here I worked three full days a week looking after a 4 year old and 2 year old, I had been in this role from June 2023 to September 2024 and came to an end due to the youngest starting at a nursery setting, and the older child in full time education. During my time in this position I've been in sole charge of the two children, following their day to day routine, school drop offs and picks ups, going to classes, days out and playdates.
Previous full time, long term nanny position, in this role I was employed as a sole charge nanny to twin girls aged 5 months at the start of the position until they were 3 years old and have now gone off to school which is why my position came to an end.
I also had their older brother who was 8 and a half at the end of the position.
This nanny job was slightly different to previous roles due to lockdown/covid restrictions in place during the start of my time with them which meant lots of playing at home/garden play/daily walks and helping with home schooling, when things went back to normal the duties went back to school runs for the eldest and then care for the twins during the days, following their day to day routine and going to age appropriate classes.
Previous long term position was boy 6 and a girl 3.5 (ages at end of position) i started with them when the oldest was 10 months old. We had a busy routine of school drop offs and pick ups, day time classes, after school activities and playdates, alongside following their daily routines and daily tasks.
I have been working as a nanny for 12 years now and have also worked as a mothers help with a newborn so i have experience from newborn upwards.
Before going in to nannying I worked in nursery settings with babies from 3 months up to children of 5 years. So I have a wide variety of childcare experience.
My Qualifications
I am NVQ level 3 qualified, I also have up to date first aid, and dbs check.
I am ofsted registered and signed up to receive payments through tax free childcare
I hold a clean driving license and own my car which is covered on business insurance to take children out and about.

Natalie has been our full-time nanny for just over 5 years (with a break when I was on mat leave). She has looked after my eldest (now 6) since around 10 months old and also my youngest (almost 4) from 11 months. Natalie is great with the children and has always enjoyed playing with them, being very active with them, taking them to classes etc. She is only leaving us because we only require wraparound care now the children are at pre-school/school.
I am happy to recommend Natalie and to provide a formal reference if required.
