Hello!
I am a young professional, living and working in Manchester, Northwest England and I have two daughters aged 13 and 8 years old; both of which are in full time education.

Both of my daughters are used to having additional childcare and adapt well to new people and environments. Which is great!

The elder child is very studios, loves sports but is also creative! You will usually find her with a good book or practising her Spanish guitar! The younger child is a typical little girly princess, who enjoys playing with her many dolls, her toys and arts/crafts!

My husband works away in a different City in the UK and therefore it is I who mainly has and raises the children. He visits every weekend and holidays.

As you can imagine, this can be quite difficult at times and for this main reason, we feel that I require additional assistance and support at home with my daughters, mainly with the younger one of 8 years old.

This would include of course general childcare, giving the children care and attention, cleaning up after yourself and the child, keeping our home clean and tidy (basic universal requirement) and some light cooking. Although I'm happy to provide and prepare meals if I am not there.
The above would all be expected and required as per usual with any Babysitter/ childcare job.

As I am an international English Teacher who has also now gone into commercial Fashion modeling in Europe , it is necessary that I travel quite often for my career, with or without my children (often from 2 days to 5/7 days) at a time.

For this reason, we require an affordable and flexible Nanny who is DBS cleared/ no criminal history, reliable, punctual, very caring, attentive, kind, experienced and trustworthy looking after our children.
These are all necessities for us and that we take very seriously.

She would need to be confident looking after my daughters with little to no assistance and be able to follow a written schedule.

I always ensure that there are emergency numbers to hand of any local services which the Nanny / Childminder may need as well as phone numbers to my daughters schools, emergency contacts and close neighbours and friends who she may need to call quickly or maybe just to ask an important question etc if I am not available at that moment.

We live in a good sized, 2 bedroom, 2 reception room terraced house on a quiet residential street with nice neighbours in a close knit community!

I have a couple of very important trips coming up and so would prefer to start meeting and organising childcare with the right Nanny/ Babysitter immediately.

I am flexible when it comes to where my daughters / daughter can be cared for in terms of if it is in my own property or the property of the child care provider, depending on whether there are males residing within the home of the Nanny/ Babysitter or not and the distance from my daughters schools. This can be discussed.

Happy to discuss a variety of options for general babysitting as well as live in part time Nanny Positions etc

In closing, we are looking for a special person to join our family on a long term basis, who we can trust to care for the girls whether it be for a couple of hours in the afternoon, a weekend, someone who we can bring on holiday with us or even someone whom proves is trustworthy to look after them at home for a few days at a time :)

We tend to stick with the one person for a while as the Babysitter/ Nanny can really get to know the children better and care for them better but also so that it creates more stability for the children long term. We don't like to chop and change childcare!
