About Me
I am a mum of 2 boys age 4 &6 years. I am a qualified mainstream Early years professional (HNC and Waldorf Steiner kindergarten teacher) 20 years experience in working with children In a variety of roles.
I am flexible but always punctual and i am always dedicated to giving my all to any project or situation i apply myself to.
I offer a Waldorf approach to childcare eg. Songs, stories, art activities and lots of time in nature or can offer help with home education and ASL English tutoring.
My Experience
I have worked as a Waldorf Steiner kindergarten teacher for 15 years in Scotland and South Korea.
I also worked as an English teacher and tutor in Seoul South Korea for 2 years.
I have experience working with Autistic and ADHD children and young people.
My Qualifications
I am fully qualified with an HNC in Childcare and Education. (Edinburgh College)
I am a fully qualified Steiner Waldorf kindergarten teacher. (NESWEC)
This enables me to work in any educational or childcare setting with children 0-12 years.
TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign language) 100hr trained
My Availability
I am available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9.30-3pm while my children are at school.
My 4 year old son is with me on Tuesdays so if you are looking for a play mate for your child this could be a great option.
On Fridays I run a Waldorf Babygroup at the Edinburgh Steiner school. You can contact me if you are interested in this too!

My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
These will vary depending on the age of children and how many children i will be caring for at any one time. My wages are always negotiable!

Laura has looked after my 8 month old son a few times, and I am very pleased with her service. She is calm and creates a relaxed and playful environment. I would highly recommend her.
