About Me
Hi my name is Mamit. I am an Ofsted registered childminder and a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years(PACEY).I have recently been Ofsted inspected and received a Good rating .I hold a current first aid certificate in childminding practice and I am DBS checked.
My childcare setting is in my own spacious home with an excellent play room and parking for your convenient drop off and collection. I am near Brook Green. I am also in close walking distance to several major bus routes to Kensington,Hammersmith and Sheperds Bush.
I provide a fun, safe, warm and welcoming childminding service.
I provide a range of healthy snacks and fresh water and milk all included in the fee.
I offer a range of play activities and daily outings to promote your child's development in a safe and warm family environment.
I have just got a "Good" rating for the second time from OFSTED.
My Experience
I have experience in looking after my own two children and have been looking after minded children for over five years now.
I am experienced in looking after special needs children too.
My Qualifications
- Basic Child Protection Awareness Certificate
-Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering
-Early Years First Aid Certificate
-Planning for Children workshop to enable me to meet the EYFS child leaning and development requirements
-BA(Hons) Contemporary Business.
I have completed a Local Authority approved Childminding Pre-Registration course which covered the following topics:

- Observation, Assessment and Planning (activities and play opportunities)

Mamit has been childminding our son since January 2019 when he was 10 month old. She is a wonderful person and from the first day I felt that my child was in trusted and reliable hands which was incredibly helpful when returning to work post mat leave, and ever since.
Mamit provides a caring and nurturing environment where he is having a wonderful time together with the other children in her care. She ensures they have structured days with varied activities which are not only fun, but also help his development, with meal and nap times. She also takes him regularly to the nearby park, as well as libraries and children activities/classes in the area (when open) which has ensured he gets exposure to a variety of settings.
Mamit is very good, encouraging and supportive with the children, but also very happy to help the parents with advice. She is very on top of things and as she knows the kids very well is great at spotting when they might be feeling a bit off or unwell. She has also been great in supporting us through different development stages – from learning to walk to potty training.
Mamit is also very professional, she keeps her qualifications and training up to date and was recently reviewed by Ofsted and given a Good rating for the environment and care she provides. And we couldn’t agree more. She is also very flexible and understanding. She is great at communicating with us throughout the day, sending us regular texts and photos of our son – which is really nice.
We have been incredibly lucky with Mamit – she has been fantastic with our son and I can only recommend her as a reliable and genuinely caring childminder.
