This childminder said they don't care about money but only care about good childcare but every time when it comes to any subjects related to money they show aggression in person. I have listed all the money data clearly below to ensure no more babies and parents will suffer from their poor care and aggression on money.
The first time we met, She showed us her Ofsted certificate saying she registered with Ofsted from 2012, but the year shown on the certificate is 2016. We questioned her and she explained that they moved house that's why it has a different year on the certificate. She also showed us her Ofsted report. Later I found out from Ofsted that they actually only registered on 22/12/2016 and have not been inspected due to they only registering from December 2016 and there's no inspection report yet, so where do they get the inspection report from?
The misleading registration time and the false Ofsted report persuaded us to sign a Pacey contract and pay her childcare fee plus one month deposit, in total £1218 on 31/03/2017! My baby started care with her on 03/04/2017, only needs 9 days’ care in April.
She also told us that the Pacey contract costs her £30, and claimed the first contract was invalid due to the fact we crossed out her incorrect daily rate on the contract and then charged us another £30 to have it corrected on a new contract. In total we paid £60 for the Pacey contract. We found out from Pacey and other childminders later, each Pacey contract document pack only costs £8, and other childminders don't charge the Pacey contract fee at all.
After she made my baby have scratches, bruises and vomiting, and Ofsted having provided us with evidence that she lied to us, we gave her 4 weeks notice period as stated by the contract on 11/04/2017. However, she and her husband, especially her husband communicated aggressively and refused the original 4 weeks notice period which should have ended on 9/05/2017 because we had told her about our 11 weekdays' April holiday when I first contacted her at the end of March and they agreed to not charge for the holiday period so that I agreed to try them out when I first called them. I was forced to extend my notice period to another month until 26/05/2017 even though their contract does not specify the notice period days have to be paid days, and next day need to give them a signed agreement when my baby is still under their care. We don't want our baby to have any further injuries/risks under their care so we gave them a signed agreement next day on 12/04/2017. After our holiday, my baby returned to their care, but on 04/05/2017 my baby started to have diarrhoea before he had his 1 year immunisation injections, and I questioned her and she claimed that is the effect of immunisation even though the nurse confirmed the the immunisation will not cause diarrhoea or vomit. My baby later vomited in the evening too. I also found out she fed my baby raw vegetables and did not use the clean bottles (we use baby bottle steam steriliser to sterilise our bottles) which we provided her with to feed my baby, but she thinks this is absolutely fine as she said the other two children are fine and she has used boiling water to sterilise a used bottle and she never had a problem by doing so. I feel so shocked as the lactose in the milk can encourage growth of bacteria which can not be removed by boiling water.
I had to terminate her care services for my baby with an immediate effect as I cannot compromise food hygiene and safety and clean bottles for my baby. At the end she refunded us £42 as per the extended notice period they forced us to sign. In total, my baby only stay under her care for 12 days due to the poor care she provided, at a daily rate is £42, but they kept the deposit so they got £1176.
As a conclusion and impression based on all the evidence we had, they requested us actual childcare fee+ one month deposit upfront before care starts, and provided poor childcare to our baby and made our baby suffer and made us have no choice but to terminate the care with an immediate effect so that she got much more money at as an end result!!!
God bless, hope no more babies and parents will suffer what we had experienced!

Response by Angels Academy on 06/06/2017:
The negative feedback has been left as a consequence of a contractual disagreement in relation to fees owed to us by parent. Subsequent threats to report false allegations against us, if we pursued the case were not effective & both Ofsted & Pacey were made aware by us of the breakdown in our professional relationship. We can provide many references from happy parents, previous and current.
I am so happy we've found Sophie. She's so loving and caring.
My son loves spending time with her and Hani and I would recommend their services to anyone. The children get to play in a safe and cosy environment and every day they're entertained with different activities.
I am so grateful to Sophie and Hani for taking such good care of Michael.
Thank you so much!

Sophie and Hani provide a genuine family environment for the children they look after and my 2 year old son loves the time he spends with them. It has been my first experience of leaving my son with a childminder and it has surpassed all my hopes as he is so happy and confident with them. Under Sophie and Hani's care he plays with his new friends, goes for picnics in the park, explores the garden, snuggles up for story time, does art activities, plays with all sorts of toys and enjoys many cuddles. Sophie is a fantastic cook and prepares a great variety of delicious and heathy food for the children.
They are incredibly flexible about pick ups and drop offs, coming out to Odiham to pick up my younger son and also doing school drop offs and pick ups for the older one.
Sohier and Hani clearly enjoy the time they spend with young children. They share a passion for helping children to develop and learn about the world. And the kindness and patience with which they do it is second to none.
Thank you Sophie and Hani!

I'm so grateful to Sophie and Hany, from the moment my daughter walks through their door to the moment she leaves she has a lovely smile on her face. They have both made us feel so welcome and eased any anxiety I have had with my return to work. My daughter receives the care and attention she needs, and Sophie and Hany follow our routine beautifully, with lots of activities and interaction.their home is welcoming and clean and inviting ,with a lovely 'play room' that I'm quite jealous of. Thank-you both for making this an easy transition.

Sophie and Hani are wonderful, they took great care of my son and took their time to understand him. They work in their lovely house where children feel at ease and enjoy having different activities.
I really appreciated how they took care of my son and will recommend them to any parents and will surely work with them in the future.

Sophie and Hany are excellent childminders and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
Changing our daughter's childcare provider from a nursery setting to Angels Academy is the best decision we ever made. They have been looking after our daughter for over 5 months now and our little one settled in perfectly well in their lovely home. Their house is welcoming and our daughter enjoys the freshly made home cooked food which Sophie and Hany provide.
We have so much peace of mind every morning when we drop our daughter off with Sophie and Hany; we feel confident every single day that our daughter is safe and will have a relaxed/fun-filled day of learning activities. There is nothing more re-assuring than seeing how happy our daughter is with them.
Thank you so much Sophie and Hany for being a great help and for looking after our daughter for us.

Sophie and Hany had taken care of my son since he was 9.5 months old. I was a first time mum and was very nervous about going back to work but I was so lucky that I had found angels academy, they are a fantastic team and they look after their pupil so well that I have never ever heard any child crying every time I went to pick and drop my son. I must say say Sophie and Hany so much more then just childminding, they genuinely a beautiful family, their children are so well behaved and are very good with all the children Sophie and Hany looks after.
I can't thank Sophie and Hany enough about how well they have looked after my son. Thanks again x

Sophie & Hany have been taking care of my 2 year old daughter for past six months now. My daughter had been going to nursery for quite some time but never had an experience of childminder. I am grateful to Sophie and Hany for giving their time in our first meeting and providing me assurance. Also, my daughter felt quite happy in their company, right from the beginning. She goes to them five days a week and quite looks forward to go to their house and have fun.
Their home is very welcoming and both of them do an excellent job in keeping the kids engaged in various activities. Both Sophie and Hany appreciate the importance of fun with learning and help kids develop. Their own children are equally wonderful and great with little toddlers in their home. My daughter keeps telling me how much fun she has with Sophie's daughter!
Also, I would like to thank Sophie for the wonderful food that she makes for the kids. She magics up great tasting nutritious food that my fussy eater loves.
I would like to strongly recommend them to anybody who wants a loving and caring childminder for their child.
Everyday, my daughter fills with delight when she meets Sophie and Hany and happily waves my bye-bye. There is nothing more re-assuring than watching my daughter happy with them. Thank you Sophie, Hany! You and your children indeed make to great team!

Sophie, Hany and their children are a very welcoming family. My son is with them five days a week. Although he has only been with them for a couple of months so far he has settled in very quickly and has grown very fond of them.
I was concerned about the transition with having to move my son from a nursery where he had plenty of room to burn off his surplus energy. However, my son took to them instantly and Sophie and Hany have proven that he can thrive just as well in a smaller childminding setting; In fact, I feel he benefits more from the attention and development opportunities of the more intimate environment. Hany's influence is perfect to keep my son balanced as he does not have the benefit of a male role model at home every day.
Their own children are a superb reflection of them, and I feel comfortable in the knowledge that their children are a great example to my son when they come home from school. They are always incredibly polite, calm and well mannered.
My son thoroughly enjoys the home cooked food which Sophie and Hany provide, and he often goes back for more! His general behaviour has also improved at home since he has been with them.
They are a fantastic team and I would highly recommend their services!

Sophie and Hany are excellent childminders and I would be happy to recommend them to any one.
I was so worried when I had to go back to work but my 10 month old son adjusted very well in their care. They have a warm welcoming home and a lot of activities for the children. He picked up so many new things in their care. Sophie is a very loving lady and Hany is equally enthusiastic with kids.
I was really happy with the care my little one got in Angels academy and am happy that I chose them.
