About Me
Hi, my name is Kirsty and I am Ofsted registered, I have been graded Outstanding 3 times and Good once for my inspections. I have been a Childminder for the last 23yrs now. I am married with two older sons of my own and have twin grandchildren I live in Crowell a peaceful hamlet outside of Chinnor, with a large garden whi.ch is gated, the beautiful ridgeway is minutes away for walks.
I can offer a safe and loving environment for the children to grow and develop in, the children have their own playroom, which is full of toys, for every age range.
We also bake cakes, do arts/crafts,puzzles, have story time. Outdoor play everyday weather permitting. The children have their own veggie patch and we also grow our own pumpkins for Halloween, we do lots of other activities during the year. I have recently invested in a large soft play set that the little ones love. My husband Geoff works with me, so there's never a problem with child/adult ratio's, he's been my assistant for the last 6 yrs.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 23yrs now, I’ve cared for children as young as 4mths to school age children. I’m still in touch with parents now, who’s children are now 20yrs old making me feel very old!
I offer a home from home environment, my husband also works as my assistant now, we have a busy but fun house.
We welcome anyone to come and see us and have a chat, see the childrens playroom and large enclosed garden with lots of outdoor toys
We do accept the goverment funded hours.

Outstanding grade in my Ofsted Inspection, for the third time in January 2016.
Good rating in January 2020
First aid trained.
CRB checked.
Insured.
Safeguarding course.
Child minding courses.
My Availability
My opening hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm
Monday to Thursday
I have one part time space available.

What a great set up and lovely lady. Our daughter started with Kirsty shortly after turning 2. She has been so happy there. Kirsty is reliable, fantastic with communication, has fab toys and activities for the kids, and a really brilliant garden. Snap up a space if you can!

Kirsty is a natural with children making sure they grow and develop in a fun and stimulating environment. She is an extremely safe and experienced pair of hands who does an excellent job in taking care of the most precious little people in your life.
