About Me
Hi my name is Karen, and I am a registered childminder in Mossley Hill just off Allerton Road.
I live with my husband and our 2 teenage sons.
I provide a friendly, safe and stimulating home from home environment for your child.
I enjoy taking the children to music groups, toddlers groups, libraries, the park, local areas, museums etc, as well as doing arts and crafts at home.
My Experience
I have been childminding since 2009, and before that I worked as a nursery nurse in a day nursery for 3 years, then a children's Nanny for 8 years, and i can add a mother of 2 children to that experience!

Having not had to use a childminder or nursery for my eldest, I was initially apprehensive about finding childcare for my youngest daughter but I needn't have worried. I had seen Karen at children's groups and I had liked the relationship that she had with her mindees; she looked like any other mum at the group rather than a childminder. When I approached her about looking after my daughter, she was very friendly and I immediately liked her and I just knew that she was the childminder for us! Whilst I was off on mat leave, she took time to get to know my daughter and me by inviting us to play groups and during that time I got to know her better too. My daughter absolutely loves going to her and is always happy to see her. Karen cares for her as if I would and she genuinely seems to care for her. I love the attention that she gets and how well Karen knows her. I was looking for someone who would love my daughter and Karen does just that. I get photos throughout the day of what they're up to and I have a written diary too that lists all the food that she has eaten. I am so happy that I found someone that I can trust to look after my daughter and I thoroughly recommed her.
