About Me
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile, I do hope I can be of assistance to you and your family. I have lived in Islington all of my life, I am based in Angel. I know the area very well, which means I am aware of all the groups which offer the best stay and play sessions, and also the most enjoyable places for children to be in, etc.
I am a Mother myself, to two gorgeous daughters, who are both growing up too quickly, 19yrs and 14yrs old. Both completely independent now.
Being around Children as been a lifelong passion of mine.
I started my role as a full time Nanny in July 2012, (which lasted 2yrs and 3months) Taking on a 7month old baby boy, unfortunately my time ended once the child was offered a full time nursery place (October 2014)
Previous to this role, I had been assistence to other families over the years with their childcare needs. But these were mostly part time positions as my own children were less independent back then. I've done school picks, worked various part time hours and also have taken on job shares where I worked for two families looking after both of their 1year old children together.
My current employment, is being a nanny to twin boys who are 3yrs of age. I have been with this family since September 2015.
I have amazing references from families that you are welcome to see, on request.
Although I am an experienced Nanny, first and foremost I am a parent, so I understand just how much your child means to you, and I can guarantee to always show the children I care for, all the love and attention that I would expect someone to give my own children.
I like to see myself as being fun, active and friendly, and someone the children would like to spend their time with.

My Experience
* There is no greater experience with children than being a parent yourself. Has a Mother, I have childcare experience ranging from birth right up to teenage years.
* I have had many babysitting jobs in my life, and each family have always asked me to come back to work for them, whether it be evening or weekend jobs, I am flexible.
* I have also done school pick ups, once again people have recommended me for this role.
* Worked voluntary in schools, helping children with their phonics, and reading recovery programme, being an assistant within the classroom was also fantastic childcare experience.
I hold the following -
- Peadiatric first aid trained (16.11.16)
- Recent DBS
- Relevant childcare experience with at least 3 written recent references
- Six years of Nannying experience
- Non-smoker
- British Citizen (I do not need a work permit or visa)
- Full clean UK driving licence
My Qualifications
"Helping in Schools" - NVQ level 2 equivalent
