About Me
My name is Kate Titlow, I am an OFSTED registered childminder. I have 11 years of childcare experience.
I thoroughly enjoy looking after children, especially the under 5's age group. I am fun, enthusiastic and energetic and enjoy planning fun activities and crafts for children. I am a childminder and aim to offer high quality childcare in a home from home environment.
I live at Stanney Oaks on a quiet road that has access to a lots of fun.
places nearby. There are parks, indoor play areas, and Chester zoo which are all a short drive away. I also have a good sized garden where the children can play outside.
I will plan indoor activities which include baking,painting, music and singing, play dough and reading.
I am within close distance of the main routes that include the M53, M56, and A41.

My Experience
I have been working as a childminder for over two years now and I have 11 years experience looking after young babies and toddlers.
I have worked for several families in the last 8 years.
The first family I worked for had a newborn baby and toddler. I was involved in all aspects of care of the baby which included feeding, changing and bathing the baby. I weaned the baby and cooked nutritious food for them. I also took them to local toddler groups, parks and rhythm time and planned activities when we were at home. We did painting, baking, sticking and gluing, and outside play.
The second family I worked for have three year old twins and a one year old. I have worked for them for the last 3 years. I started when the twins were newborn. During this time I have been involved in all aspects of their care which included helping get them into a good sleeping and eating routine, taking them to swimming, Ice cream farm, and Tumble tots. Also activities at home which include role play games, painting, baking, and reading stories.
Before I started working as a nanny, I did several placements on my college course in school year 1 and reception and nurseries with children aged 0-4. I have volunteered overseas in several different orphanages in South Africa for 10 weeks and Ethiopia for 4 weeks. During this time we planned lots of fun activities for the children who were between the ages of 0-18
I have experience working with children who have special needs. Also I have babysat for lots of different families and have done overnight stays.
My Qualifications
My qualifications:
Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education, Grade B
5 GCSE's Equivelent grade A-C.
Paediatric First Aid Course
My Availability
I currently have a three day space available Monday Tuesday and a Friday 7:30-6:00 and can be available weekends for babysitting. I have vacancies available at the moment do not hesitate to contact me.
