Hello my name is Nikki, and i am an ofsted registered childminder I am married and have 3 children all boys Jamie who is aged 21 years old,Mason who is 13 years old, and Bailey who is 4 years old. we also have a dog called Zeus who is a GSD and a chihuahua called Barry, both are very good with children. I live in warndon villages, I am a happy, caring, enthusiastic person. I am very reliable and offer flexible hours of work to provide wrap around childcare for your children. My Experience
I have been working with children since i was 17. During this time iv worked in nurseries as an assistant and progressed to nursery supervisor, i am familiar with using EYFS planning. I decided to start childminding so i could be at home with my children and also care for others. I have been childminding since 2003 but after having my second child i decided to re register and updated my knowledge. My latest Ofsted inspection was graded as Good.
My Qualifications
I have a NVQ level 3 in childrens care and learning development. I also have a pre diploma in childcare aswell as upto date first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding.
My Availability
I am available 48 weeks of the year and my hours of work are week days 8.00am-5.30pm but am willing to extend these hours and be flexible if required.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
I currently charge £5.50 per hour this includes snacks and drinks throughout the day, Parents are asked to provide Lunch and Tea if required. An admission fee will be needed when we go such places like the zoo, safari parks, toddler groups and soft play areas. childcare vouchers and tax free childcare are accepted. please feel free to either leave me a message on here or alternatively my contact number if you require more information.

My son has absolutely loved his time with Nikki. He started at 9 months old and it has been amazing to see him grow in confidence under Nikki's care. He settled so quickly and every day was filled with a range of activities. My little one fell in love with her dog and it was no surprise that Zeus was one of his first words. A homely, stimulating environment that we honestly, cannot recommend enough- we have only left due to relocation and we are gutted!

Nikki started looking after my son when I returned to work full time. He was 6 months old. Now aged 4 he has been nurtured and encouraged by Nikki and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention he received. My son loves the regular trips to toddler groups and soft play centres and comes home buzzing about the things he has done. The meals he receives are home cooked and according to my son no one makes cheesy pasta bake like hers! Nikki has always gone above and beyond for him and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a family orientated, positive and fun setting.

Nikki is a fab childminder has done a great job with my son. Before he started he was hardly talking and was shy now he loves playing with other children and talks amazingly. Always had home cooked meals and did a variety of activities daily. Would definitely recommend her for your children.
