Hello and Thankyou for reading my profile.
My name is Paula Reynolds. I Live in Heanor with my husband and 3 children who are 15, 19 and 21. My husband works full time as a security engineer. I have been a childminder for 12 years now and have achieved a Good rating from Ofsted on 24/03/2023. We visit many places such as the library, parks, play centres, farms and toddler groups. Planned outings will take place with consent from parents. At the moment I am able to do drop offs and pick ups from Coppice Primary school and nursery pick up at lunch time. I own a car and have a full uk licence, which is insured to use in my business. I do have a dog called Honey, she’s a pug. She loves children and the children love her. I do not work bank holidays, but fees will still be due if your child attends the days that a bank holiday falls on. If a child is off sick fees are still due. Once a place is booked fees will be due even if non attendance for any other reason. If I’m off sick or on holiday fees do not need to be paid. Thankyou for reading my profile.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified Nursery Nurse with level 3 equivlent and completed my Foundation Degree in children's and Young Peoples Sevice's level 5. I am trained in first Aid and level 2 in Food Hygiene. I have my health and safety and safeguard training in place. I constantly attend courses to better my self and keep up to date with the latest changes. I have worked with children for over 20 years in nurseries, schools and now childminding from home. I have many years of newborn experience also.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I charge £6.00 ph
My working hours are 7:30-6.00
Before school And drop offs £10 and after school Pick ups £15
I offer the 15 hours funding for 9 months to 2 years, 15 hours for 2 - 3 year olds and 30 hours for 3 - 4 year olds. I am registered for the tax free childcare and I’m also accepting many other childcare voucher schemes through parents workplaces, such as Busy Bees and Eden Red. I am flexible and will do my best to meet parents needs as i understand some people work shifts. My opening hours are 7:30am - 6:00pm

My little girl attended Paula's from when she was 2 until she started reception. Paula and her family made the setting very homely and fun and Alice always looked forward to going which was a big relief. Paula was so accommodating to my changing work schedule and worked around me.

Paula was childminder for my 2 girls for over 3 years and she has always gone above and beyond for me and the girls. They have both loved going and would always settle well and I know they will miss Paula and her family lots.

My 5year old as attended Paula's for over 4 years now I've never had any issue with Paula she's been very helpful and gone out her way to accommodate jacey and even had my older daughter as well in the holidays! Unfortunately jacey will be leaving I September as I start a new job and I know my girls will miss Paula alot

My son was looked after by Paula from around 5 months old, until he was just over 2 years old. My son never had a problem being left with Paula, which gave me great peace of mind. He enjoyed his time with her and I liked that he was in a family setting as he was just a baby. He also loved the family dog Honey. Paula went out of her way to help me at times which was greatly appreciated.
