It is a pleasure having Elisa as a nanny and babysitter. Elisa is always on time. The children look forward to seeing her. She is reliable and very aware of the children emotional wellbeing. I always felt very safe to leave the children with her. She is playful and she really cares about the children. In addition, Elisa cooked for us and did some sewing when she was babysitting and the children were asleep. She is really passionate about her job and therefore she does it extremely well. You cannot be disappointed by her, on the contrary you will be positively surprised by everything she will passionately do.
We hired Elisa as a part time nanny for our nine month old baby girl, we highly recommend her! It was a particularly hectic time for us, and finding great childcare is always daunting. Elisa was highly responsive, flexible, warm, punctual and great with our daughter - albeit a short tenure she feels like a member of the family!
She planned activities for our daughter (playing nursery rhymes on the recorder, singing rhymes with actions, storytelling), tested for COVID before each visit, and thoroughly cleaned (without being asked!) when our baby napped which I was especially grateful for. We did not need help with cooking but she offered and I have no doubt would be great at that too, she was great at giving our daughter meals and we quickly trusted her to take her our to the park for the day. She also covered one day when our baby was under the weather, a task I would entrust to very few people. Finally, we really enjoyed her company, she has the perfect balance of easy going yet professional - it was a delight having her round.
We will happily be having her back and any family would be lucky to have her!
Elisa Ferrari has worked with us since August 2020 and we will be sad to see her go. She has looked after our now 2.5 year old in sole charge for the majority of the time and also helps with my 4 year old after school and during school holidays. She has been responsible, reliable and completely trustworthy and has adapted through the lockdowns.
The only reason she is leaving is because my 2.5 year old is going to nursery full time and so we don't need a full time nanny.
Elisa comes up with varied and interesting activities to do with my 2.5 year old and his sister from messy play, singing, exploring the world around you, arts and craft, early math and baking. My children will miss her.
She also helped with laundry, ironing for the children and cooking a delicious meal for the family each day. She is patient and kind and really has adapted to what our family needs. She has worked very hard for us during a pandemic.
She was always accommodating and went above and beyond her duties, never having had a sick day and taking holidays around our schedule.
