I am a Registered Childminder with over 30 years of health and childcare experience. Last inspected by Ofsted September 2019.
Knowing your child is happy and safe at those times when you cannot be with them is the most important consideration for most parents. I aim to provide an environment where each child is valued as an individual with every opportunity to learn through indoor and outdoor activites and to socialize through group events.

My Experience
I have worked in childcare since September 2002, for 4 years in a Montessori School as the manager of the baby room (ages 0 - 3years) and occasional work in the 3 - 6 age group room. When the school unexpectedly closed I became a childminder and have been doing this since Sept 2006.
I worked as a nurse/midwife for a total of 17 years with breaks while I brought up my children.
I am a small, personal setting looking after the age groups 0-3 years only.
I have 3 daughters aged 32, 29 and 27 years old. My eldest daughter lives in Hertford, the middle one lives in Scotland, the youngest lives in Newcastle. All girls have been DBS checked.

I am registered with various childcare voucher schemes so please discuss this option of payment with me.
I am registered to accept funding from 9 months, 2, 3 and 4 year old funded children.
