About Me
Hi my name is Evonne, I am an Ofsted registered Childminder graded Good on all my inspections. I was last inspected in April 2019.
I live in Woolton with my Husband, our daughter aged 20 and our son aged 15.
My daughter is studying at Cambridge University, and my son attends the 'Saint Francis Xavier College’ in Woolton.
I am level 3 qualified and can offer the 15 and 30 hours Nursery Education Funding for eligible 3 - 5 year olds.
I aim to provide high levels of childcare and I work to the standards laid out by the EYFS.
I have a large enclosed garden which we use to play, explore, plant and grow.
My play room has many toys and resources for all age groups.
I have a pet cat called Bruno which all the children love.
We visit local playgroups, soft play areas, Parks and libraries, farms and museums.
We enjoy seasonal craft, painting, reading books, also learning about our community and environment when we are out and about.
I encourage a healthy lifestyle, and offer a variety of food for different age groups, lifestyles and cultures.
I enjoy looking after children, I find my job very rewarding.
I have a placid nature and run a happy setting, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, I encourage children to respect each other by being a positive role model.
I am a member of the Liverpool Hunts Cross Childminders Network and also a member of Pacey (Professional Association for Childcare and the Early Years).
My Experience
I have been registered since March 2010.
I have had lots of experience with babies and children of all ages and stages of development.
I currently two 3 year olds, one 2 year old and a 1 year old. I also pick up 6 children on various days from ‘Much Woolton Catholic primary school'.
I have a family that have been with me since 2011, I have minded their daughter and son from 8 months old and now collect her from school, I also mind their small brother who is one of my 3 year olds. The parents have been more than happy with the service I have provided them with over the years, as have all my other parents. I have references that can be viewed upon request.
