About Me
Hi, My name is Mel and I am 45yrs old.
My husband and I have been together for 25yrs and we have 2 children (girls) age 17 and 13yrs.
We live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house with a large garden. We have recently had a cabin built in the garden so I can work from there. We now have more room and space for the children to play, learn and explore!.
I have a lovely network of childminders who I meet up with daily. We like going out to play groups, soft play and enjoy the outdoors during the summer months. We enjoy adventure walks over the park, feeding the ducks and general outdoor play.
I follow the EYFS for early years and provide a wide and appropriate age range of toys and equipment to help all children learn, develop and have fun while doing so.
I have a full clean driving license and love looking after/teaching and most importantly having lots of fun with children!
My Experience
I am a fully qualified NNEB Nanny and have worked with children for the last 21yrs!
I have been childminding now for 13yrs and before, nannied for a lovely family for 8yrs and still see and have regular contact as I do with my other families that have gone on to primary school.
Due to having my own children I decided to become a childminder so I can continue doing the job I love!

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
£7.50 per hour.
This includes healthy snacks, and water throughout the day.
Entry fee into soft play, playgroups etc
Please provide own packed lunches.
