About Me
Hi, my name is Annabel, an Ofsted registered childminder and I specialise in very flexible provision of before and after school care for Milking Bank Primary School.
Please feel free to enquire about provision from other schools, as well as holiday care and care for younger children.
I have 10 years experience as a Nursery and Reception class teacher, a job that I absolutely love, but having had my own children I felt that childminding was the perfect path for me to take.
I live in the Milking Bank area of Dudley, in a spacious detached house, with a large garden. I live with my partner Steve and our 11 year old daughter, 9 year old son and 3 year old daughter.
I have created a wonderful environment within my home, in which children will be able to thrive. I have a dedicated playroom, full of a range of toys, games and activities, which will help your child to learn and grow. Children will have the opportunity for free exploration and play, as well as having more structured activities to help them develop new skills, based on their individual needs. I also have a quiet room, for times when your child needs some rest and relaxation, as well as areas for messy play. My garden is well equipped with 2 climbing frames, slides, a large swing set, a large lawn area for football and a range of outdoor toys, which the children absolutely love!
During the school holidays we go on a range of outings to provide your child with a wide range of learning experiences including the local parks, libraries, playgroups, soft play, zoos, Himley Hall, Baggeridge country park, Sandwell Valley and Sycamore Adventure to name but a few!
I am passionate about Early Years education and I will provide your child with a warm and loving home from home environment, in which they can play and learn.
My Experience
I have been a teacher in Nursery and Reception for 10 years, a childminder for 9 years and I also have three of my own children.

My Availability
Core hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Care outside these hours will also be available upon request, but will be subject to a higher hourly rate.
Weekend care and a babysitting service is also available.
I provide a pick up and drop off service for MILKING BANK Primary School, Dudley. Other schools may be available upon request, depending on my current availability. Please ask!

My Fees
- Babysitting from £8.50 per hour
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Before school (from 7am) = £7.50 per session
Before school (from 7:30) = £5 per session
This includes breakfast!
After school (until 6pm) = £10 per session
This includes a drink and snack!
Earlier and later drop offs/collections are available upon request.
Term time only contacts available and Nursery drop offs/pick ups available, so please message to discuss requirements.
Please note I do not charge a retainer fee and no payments will be due during school holidays for before and after school care.

I am absolutely pleased with the service. For my boys it was a new experience to go to a childminder after a school, and they were initially reserved with the idea. It took them less than a week to settle in and now they just loved it ! It is a very homely and friendly environment, lots of activities to do for boys. I cannot praise enough Bel and her team and passion they all have for children and how they look after them. I am very pleased with the service and seeing boys being happy when picking them up says it all.
