General Role Overview:
Visiting many clients in a home setting with various ailments and disabilities. I provided different levels of care, from personal and hygiene assistance, with full on contact to less contact with the client to encourage independent living. Eg. Cooking, cleaning, helping re-stock tablets / prescriptions.

General Role Overview:
Age groups: 2-3 years, 4-5 years.
Focused mainly on my placement in the 2-3 year old room, I assisted the room leader with educational based activities eg. Reading, maths, phonics, messy play, baking, creative play, physical education, and swimming.
This age group needs additional attention on life skills, which I was heavily involved in, such as: personal hygiene and toilet training.
At the height of room intake, I had 9 children in my care as their key worker. For this, I kept journals for each child outlining their learning and development as well as close contact and relationships with the parents.
Due to my love of this position and contractually being allowed to, I made great contacts through the school, I became a widely sort after childcare provider outside of the nursery setting. I babysat regularly for my key worker children, others in the room, along with the Head Teachers own child. These ages varied from 2 months to 13 years.

Sept 2015 – June 2022 Private Nanny
North London

General Role Overview:
This position started as a Nanny Share between two families. The children in family one, were 6 months and 3 years old. The second family had children aged 1 year and 2 and a half year old with Downs Syndrome. Initially this arrangement was for a year, whereby I would join family one full time after this period. My time was split and I spent 2 days with family one and 3 with the second family.
After a year, I moved to look after family one, full time (4 days a week). I still had regular contact and babysitting commitments to family two as well as looking after the youngest of family two, with the youngest of family one, as per my contract.
Current responsibilities:
? Cooking healthy meals for the children
? Doing the washing and ironing for the children
? Light housework
? Homework for both children
? School run and various extra circular activities / commitments eg, gymnastics
and piano

? Den building / Outside time
? Fun / educational days out eg, the local park, museums, zoo

? All aspects of daily routine, from healthcare (brushing teeth) to getting dressed
and ready for school, then assisting with food preparation and lifestyle choices, and homework

? Planning fun / educational days out to suit both children
? Preparation for school, including entrance exams
? Organising and overseeing play dates
? One annual holiday (part time cover whilst in attendance)

• Household Help from £14.00 per hour

I charge £14 an hour
