I am very much well experienced making your children smile!
I lived in the Marden were I have lived from 2004 with my two children my daughter Shannon who was born January 2009 and Callum which was born in February 2015
I have recently moved to staplehurst, I was a childminder for the pass 8 year but now I am offering a nanny service.
I encourage a healthy lifestyle, through providing a healthy varied diet, and I make the most of the local park.
Learning should be fun and through play.
I am happy to offer outings occasionally such as to sofa play, Zoo, museum and shows which are included which in the day fee's for children that are with me permanently.
I have looked after children of all ages I have from 6months to 11 year of age.

My Experience
I have the experience of being a mum which Be coming a childminder was a natural progression.
I have been a childminder now since 2012 and have enjoyed every minute of my job :)
As a Childminder I provide a more homely environment ,where more individual care can be provided for your child. Where they can enjoy the baking, have picnics in the park....so much more than a nursery can offer.
I enjoy all aspects of being with children. I plan activities relating to the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and to enhance your own children development.
I can provide a safe, secure, caring and stimulating fun home environment, where your child can learn and develop, using a large range of equipment and recourses.
Marden have fantastic facilities such as toddler group and the library which we visit it on a regular basis which the children love.
My Qualifications
Ofsted registered
I was visited in May 2013 and was given GOOD for my first inspections.
And recently had my second inspection and was given Good again( November 2016)
I have Paediatric First aid.
Food Hygiene.
Diploma in Home Based Childcare.
Safeguarding certificates
Insurance with Royal & Sun Alliance Childcare Insurance.

Being a new mummy I was really apprehensive about going back to work and the thought of leaving my 10 month year old son with a complete stranger filled me with dread. I had visited a few nurseries however, Donna instantly put my mind at rest when meeting her at a local toddler group.
Donna offers a very personal touch with a home from home environment. She takes the time to get to know you and your child thoroughly and can provide the one to one love and care that a nursery could not compete. By the time it came to leaving my son for the first time I had 100% trust in her to look after him as if he was her own.
Donna is an extremely motivated, pro-active and confident person and in the 4 months that Eddie has been in her care his development has been amazing. She regularly takes him to a soft play centre, song time at the local library and various toddler groups. Donna is also extremely creative and regularly encourages Eddie to take part in messy play, painting pictures and my most favourite of all helping him to make his first Mother’s Day card!
Donna is also very well thought of and connected in the village and regularly socialises with other child-minders allowing my son to interact and develop his social skills with other children.
Donna was born to be a child-minder and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for childcare for their son or daughter!
Overall
Donna has been looking after my 6 year old son one evening a week after school since July this year. Both my husband and I are delighted with how quickly Sam has settled and how much he enjoys going to Donna's. Donna provides excellent care to all the children she looks after, is reliable, hard working and clearly thoroughly enjoys looking after children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and am now looking to start my two year old daughter with her for occasional sessions.

Overall
I was very apprehensive about my 22 month old daughter going to a childcarer whilst I went back to work. But after hearing so many good reviews about Donna and meeting her at the local mother and toddler, all my anticipation was put to rest!
My daughter Yasmine has been in the care if Donna since April this year, she goes 4 days a week for 6 and a half hours. The first week was very difficult fir me but Yasmine settled in very quickly.
Donna is a fantastic childcarer and I know my daughter in in safe hands with her.
Donna takes Yasmine out to local music groups, mother and toddler groups and does different activities with her in her own home.
Since Yasmine has been at Donnas myself and other family members have noticed how much progress she has made with most things, especially her speech and independence.
Yasmine always runs to donnas house every morning, goes straight in and its as though its her second home.
Yasmine also loves donnas daughter and the other children that are cared for by Donna.
Yasmine is now so settled that when I go to collect her each day, she never wants to leave and will tell me 'no' whilst cuddling Donna!
I am so very happy with the care Donna gives my daughter and couldn't ask for more.

Overall
Donna has been looking after my 18 month old daughter for 2 months now and I am so happy with the care provided that I would recommend her to anybody :) having worked in a childcare and education setting from 2000-2011 I know how important it is to have someone that you can trust to look after your most treasured possession and I totally trust Donna to do this. She has settled my daughter and she is now able to kiss me and wave goodbye without any tears which for me has shown that she totally trusts Donna and has built a good relationship with her and her daughter. Keep up the good work Donna :)
