I am a OFSTED GOOD RATED Registered Childminder, previous Foster Carer: Read to see more about me and how I can support yours and your family's needs:
15+ years childcare experience as an OFSTED registered Childminder, at present qualified Foster Carer. I live 5mins away from a Northwood Hills Met line station and a stones throw away from a bus stop.
You want someone who you trust implicitly. You want to know that your child is developing emotionally, socially and mentally, but also that they are eating well, sleeping well and feeling loved.
Not only do I follow EYFS guidelines, but I am constantly adopting creative ways to help babies and children learn about the world and develop.
My Experience
Childminder Experience: Extensive, having first qualified over 15 years ago in 2004 in the London Borough of Redbridge. Provided childminding services in Redbridge, Brent and now Hillingdon.
As noted above, I am a Foster Carer, qualified in 2008 and cared for close to 35+ children from various backgrounds, ages and races - an incredibly rewarding experience.
Nurturing and caring for children brings me great joy and I believe in creating a warm environment where children can develop emotionally, socially, mentally and physically.
My Qualifications
- Introduction to Childcare Practice (HomeBased) - Part of accredited qualification CHCHE Level 3 Diploma in Home-based Childcare.
- NEG2 - Childminding 3 credits at level 3
- OFSTED GOOD Rating
- Updated Paediatric First Aid Training

I feel so lucky to have found Madhu. She has been looking after my younger son since he is 7 months old and sometimes she looks after my both kids on an ad hoc basis and it’s their second home. My both kids absolutely love spending time with Madhu and are always eager to go to her place.
Madhu provides a warm, safe, homely environment for the children with lots of fun, play and educational stimulation throughout the day. She is very well organised and I am always amazed at how she manages to be so structured at all times. She takes the kids to toddler group, library sessions and spend lots of time playing outdoors in parks on a nice day. Also I always love getting updates throughout the day.
She is the best childminder one could ask for! ! Thank you for everything Madhu!

Madhu has been a huge help to me and my daughter.
She is absolutely understanding and flexible with her routine to accommodate children. She is always really warm and caring towards the child and the child tends to get comfortable really quickly with her.
She keeps the kids engaged with various activities whole day and also ensures they get some fresh air by taking them for a walk to the park and of course some playtime in the outdoors too.
Madhu maintains an extremely organised, hygeinic and safe environment for the children at her home. I am always amazed at how she manages to be so structured at all times.
My daughter always says when can I go to Madhu aunty's house 😊
Thank so much Madhu for all the support you have given me by looking after my lil one during anytime of need. I am really happy to see my daughter growing and learning from you 💜

She was looking after my son for few mounts and she is excellent. So kind and nice Lady.
She was keeping me updated with everything every day my son was with her. She was taking Liam out for walks, in the parks, to the playground, to see the trains.
She has excellent teaching skills and try her best all the time for the kids she is looking after.
Her place is very well maintained and clean and has lots of toys and staff helping the kids for entertaining and teaching.
I could not find someone better than her to help us looking after our treasure.

Madhu looked after my son when he was one for an 11 month period, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made.
From day one, our son formed a strong bond with Madhu. He always had the biggest smile when Madhu opened the door in the morning, and often tears when it was time to go home, as he always wanted to stay longer!
Madhu’s nurturing, thoughtful approach helped him come out of his shell more than I could have imagined. Madhu would take him for daily walks, take him to the park whenever possible and continuously worked on improving his communication/language and motor skills, always with warmth and patience.
Madhu’s communication was faultless. We often received videos and pictures of what he got up to during the day, before and after meal pictures so we could see what he had eaten that day, timings of when he slept etc. Madhu always followed our approach to sleep and routine too, which we appreciated immensely.
Our son was cared for by Madhu for full days, 3x a week, and on two separate occasions when we needed care urgently, Madhu had offered to look after him overnight. Knowing he was in such good hands was something I will always be grateful for.
Our son flourished while he was in Madhu’s care and is now a talkative, cheeky, kind-hearted boy. I’m so grateful we chose Madhu to care for our son, and would repeat our time with her in a heartbeat if we could.

Madhuri has provided us with the care and home from home we were looking for for our little boy Axel. .
He blossomed in her care, his fine motor skills improved dramatically and Madhuri did an amazing job getting him ready for reception.
She cooked daily for him, and his feeding habits became much healthier and varied. He spent long hours with Madhuri and yet was always sad to leave her to go back home! Madhuri is extremely reliable, she communicates very effectively and created a bond not only with Axel, who still visits her from time to time a year later, but with us too. She was the perfect balance between a mother figure and a teacher. As a teacher myself, and a head of year, I know the effects ineffective childcare can have on a child development. And I can honestly say that even after moving to another town, if I ever needed a childminder again she would be my first choice.
Axel went from a shy, introverted boy who hates formal learning, to a thriving little boy who received his first certificate for reading 75 books by March of this year. I have no doubt in my mind that Madhuri set the foundations for a positive start to school for him.

My little boy LOVES Madhu, and loved the time he spent with her. He started there at 11 months and very quickly settled. The only reason he stopped going after 10 months was because we moved. He ate good, healthy meals that she cooked him and learned lots. He loved interacting with the other children there, and had a lovely safe space to play in. They went out regularly and we were always kept up to date with what was happening. When I started back at work I got plenty of photos and videos which were very reassuring. Madhu has fantastic experience with children, and managed my strong-willed little boy very well. She is flexible and friendly, and feels like and extended part of our family. She genuinely cares about my son, and family. I wish we could have packed her in with us when we moved!

My two children daughter 2.5 years and my son 6 months old looked after by Madhuri and she was a very caring and loving childminder. I would truly recommend her and she was like an family member for my children. My kids loved her so much and they really missed her. Her place was very clean with high standards of cleanliness
