About Me
Hello I am an ofsted registered childminder and I live in Larkfield. I live with my fiance and have 3 children, a boy of 11 and a girl aged 7 who both attend a our local school. We then have the baby boy of the family who is 2 years old.
Our newest member to our setting is Vinnie the British bulldog, he is a soft mini giant that loves the children and the children love him. Please feel free to contact us or visit if you would like to see how your child/den would settle with our little guy and speak with all my little Gems that already attend.
I am very flexible and take all ages so please contact me to discuss your needs.
I feel every child deserves the same chance in life and I will give each and every child in my care a safe and warm enviroment where they can learn and progress.
We enjoy childminding groups and messy activities on a daily basis inc making playdough, cakes and biscuit making, painting and drawing and definately giltter glue and feathers. We also enjoy outdoor activities and running in the local parks.
We at gems gems are proud to announce that we have an assistant working with us now so that when all the adult stuff gets in the way the play doesn't have to stop. This also means we have spaces available to join our fun and lively setting.
My Experience
I have three children of my own and I grew up in a loving enviroment with lots of children from all different backgrounds as my mum was a foster carer. We learnt to accept everyone for who they are and to help them for as long as they were in our household.
Every child was made to feel safe and loved and I will take experience from my childhood to carry on the trend.

My working hours are mon-fri 7.30am-6.30pm. Term time and holidays.

I didnt use Gemma for too long unfortunatley due to family issues. However, whilst my daughter was there she absolutely loved it. Gemma took them all to see the raindeers and santa which she loved.
My daughter didnt eat too much but when she was with Gemma and the other children she actually started eating much more and also behaving better.
I have no hesitation in recommending Gemma and hope to use her again someday.
