Amazing childminder, couldn’t recommend enough!

Elaine has been an absolute godsend for my wee boy Lewis who is 7! He started with Elaine at short notice last year when I had work commitments, the only reason my child is leaving is because I’m no longer in work. He currently goes before school and after school (pick up and drop off to school as well) and Elaine is always available to help during in service days and school holidays as well. This has been amazing for me and such a good help. Lewis absolutely loves attending the service, socialising with peers and he’s developed a really close relationship with Elaine. She takes care of the children to such a high standard, always giving me updates on what they are doing throughout the day. Takes them on fun trips, and Lewis has learned and developed so much while being in Elaine’s care. We couldn’t have asked for a better childminder and we are really sad to be leaving the service. You’re in with a wonderful women if your children attend, thank you so much for everything all the love, care and patience you have shown Lewis. I wish you all the best for the future and hopefully we cross paths again :)x x

I don’t even know where to begin , Elaine has been amazing from day one since zowie came to her a few years ago at short notice , Elaine has been fantastic with zowie involving zowie in tasks to becoming a little helper 😃 Elaine always give daily updates from what zowie has did that day and what they had to eat. Elaine always replies quickly to my messages if I have any questions or problems .
Zowie loves going to Elaine’s it’s a lovely warm and friendly environment any child would love to go there , Elaine has so many activities on the go from art , going to the park on sunny days and the Wednesday afternoon art club they go to , I have ran out of space on fridge and freezer for all of Zowie’s art work 😄 zowie has progressed, gained confidence , came right out of her shell , and that’s all down to Elaine. I would highly recommend Elaine 100% for anyone looking for a childminder, it will be a sad day when she leaves at the end of June , I’m sure we will see Elaine passing by the school some mornings 🙂 if I could give more than 5⭐️ I would give 100⭐️

The best childminder

Where to start, Elaine has been minding our girls Summer and Rosie for over 2 years. We recently moved our youngest to nursery to secure a placement and it was the most bittersweet time for us. Elaine has managed the line between professional and family perfectly to the point the girls equally respect and love her, as do we. When we pick up our oldest we do this after nursery as Summer wants to see and talk to Elaine. During time with Elaine our girls developed so many positive traits and attitudes, they developed motor skills, manners & creativity. They are out and about often and the girls are never short of doing fun activities. We could not recommend a better childminder. You can leave your children with Elaine with the comfort that they are safe and loved! Elaine provides a very detailed summary of the day every day. Last but not least I could not leave out Alfie boy (her beloved dog) and the rest of Elaine's family all of whom our kids love! Elaine, thank you for everything. David and Emma x

Thank you both for this review for my childcare services. I hope Summer enjoyed her time with us. I am missing Summer already and so is Alfie as he loved Summer taking him his walks. I miss our chats, cuddles, Summer singing, our wee visits to the coffee shop, our walks and playing at the swingpark. She is a wee tonic! You have all became family to us too. What an amazing childminder!

Elaine looked after our 2-year-old daughter for a few months while we were staying in Scotland, and we cannot say enough about how kind, caring and dedicated she is. Our daughter spent 3 days a week with Elaine and immediately felt at home with her - she would talk about Elaine and her lovely family with joy and excitement to see them again. She especially loved beautiful Alfie the dog. Every day they spent together Elaine had new fun, gentle and educational things to do, and our daughter would come home with lovely and thoughtful arts and crafts, and special treats for occasions like Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and Mother's Day. She expanded her vocabulary and always came home happy (and was happy to arrive each day!). Elaine is also very thorough with daily reports and lots of photos. With some previous experience of childminders, we believe Elaine is very special. We were all very sorry to leave her as we're moving country, but we hope to see her again whenever we come back!

Thank you both soo much for this review! It has blown me away! We will all miss "our gorgeous Chilli". She settled well n became part of our family. I wouldn't have it any other way. Just the best : )

Elaine took care of my daughter for 6 months until she started a nursery. I couldn't wish for a better childminder. Lena had loved her since day 1. Never cried and every weekend asked if she's coming back to Elaine's. She loved the activities such as arts and crafts, outdoors and BOOKBUG (her favourite). Elaine is always very professional, warm and welcome. Makes you feel as a part of her family. Highly recommend Elaine's first-class service!

Wonderful Childminder

Our little girl has absolutely loved being looked after by Elaine - she settled in so quickly as Elaine is very warm, welcoming and always has lots of fun things planned for the children. She is also highly professional so we can't recommend her enough.

First Class Service

Elaine provided chilcare for my 3 year old daughter and 7 year old son. Elaine is fantastic and provides a great service in all areas of childcare. My daughter loved going with elaine and enjoyed her time there. Elaine provides a fabulous range of activities for the children. Elaine is without a doubt the best and most experienced childcare provider I have personally used.

EXCELLENT

Elaine was childminder to my Son Daniel from just over a year old until 6 years old and our daughter Lauryn from the age of 6 months until 3 years of age. Only reason for the kids not still being with Elaine is due to us moving House we were all upset to be leaving especially with the amount of time and effort Elaine puts into every child she has in her care. The kids loved going on a daily basis.
Where do we start on explaining the care Elaine provides from start to finish your really cannot fault her. She has an amazing playroom with a variety of great toys for the children to play with also the kids loved the variety of arts and crafts that Elaine has for them. Every week they came home with something different and seeing your child's face light up to show you what they have made or done today there faces that they are so happy with what they achieved is the best feeling in the world. The amount of time and effort that goes into helping the children learn play read and write is just outstanding exceptional childcare service provided by Elaine.
Even though its not apart of Elaine's job she also attends any nursery/school activities that she can showing not only the child support but also for the parents too for when they are unable to get away from work. Elaine goes out of her way to make sure every child's need is catered for. Snack time in Elaine's is great she offers freshly prepared snacks and lunches on a daily basis and likes to ask the children for there ideas for snack time to make is different everyday.

My kids also went to Elaine's during the summer holidays. She organises so many different fun activities and outings for the kids to go on. You know when its that time of year because the children start asking what are we doing. We feel that Elaine excels herself with the kids at holiday time and the kids all have the best time with her while us parents are stuck at work!!
Elaine has also got all of her children through word of mouth and to me that's what sells her business and the kids themselves will even tell you how much fun they have.
Thank you so much for all your time and effort you put into Daniel and Lauryn they miss coming to you but have so many great memories and friends :).

Absolutely 1st class

Elaine has been child minder to my little girl Ellie who is 4 since I started college in September and can honestly say she has been a godsend. Heard some bad reviews and experienced 1st hand other not so great childminders in the area but my little girl absolutely adores her and gets excited everyday she knows Elaine is picking her up from nursery. She does so many different activities with them and Ellie always comes home full of chat about her day. Really could not ask for better treats all the kids like one of her own and they all thrive with her. Would highly recommend Elaines services to anyone they'd be extremely lucky to have her.
