About Me
Hi my name is Hetal, I am a mother of two!
I am an OFSTED registered childminder based in Barton Hills. I have experience of working in Early Years for over 22 years. I cover Barton Hills, Bushmead, and surrounding areas. I have my own car and full CLEAN driving license. My husband is also a registered childminder and we are both DBS checked. We work together with our assistants. We are also qualified Paediatric first aiders and also qualified Childcare practitioners Level 3 & 4.
Our house is located on Barton Road, near a local primary school; we have lived in this area for 22 years.
I like reading, gardening, art and craft, cooking and baking, spending time with the family and playing with children teaching them life skills.
Activities will be organized such as play-dough, painting, baking, crafts, puzzles, toys and sharing books together, trips to the park, library, toddler groups as well as playing outside in our fully equipped (with toys) garden.
Outings will be also organised to woods, zoo and farms.
We offer Healthy home cooked meals and snacks.
We are happy to liaise with parents to provide special diets if required.
We work towards the EYFS curriculum.
We are open full time 7:00am -7:00pm* 5 days a week. (*Other times available please contact for more details)
We can offer flexible hours for parents who work shift patterns. We also provide a friendly and homely setting with lots of activities available to children.
We offer emergency care as well, and are available during school holidays and bank holidays if needed (Booking to be done in advance). If you need more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

I am a Level 3 Qualified in Early Years Childcare professional. I am a qualified Paediatric First Aider, Safeguarding Level 2 and SENCO trained. My husband is Level 4 qualified

Dhyan been there for nearly 3 years now, he’s very happy to attend & listen to instructions. He feels part of them when he goes there and he’s very indulgenced with the love and care that 365 childminding provides. I would not look back having my child in safe hands. We wished we found 365 Childminding sooner.
365 Childminding are highly competent, have supported the individual needs of our children really well. Both of our boys enjoy their time with Hetal, Hardik & Hema. It is a great peace of mind for us a parents knowing we can go to work and our children are in trusted hands. We have seen both of our boys develop in their motor skills and their cognitive development as the 365 team continuously work closely with the children completing different activities everyday including phonics, reading time, arts and crafts, writing and interactive story telling. They also learn about the world around them by partaking in different festivals and cultural events that occur on the Calendar. Meal times are exciting and nutritional with great home cooked food. They are so accommodating and always willing to help.

We were recommended 365 through a friend and have not looked back. Our son loves this place. He is so well looked after, loves the various activities and obviously the home cooked food. We receive regular updates and pictures on a daily basis. The communication is fantastic and the team always take the time to ask about our child’s needs; such a personable service. It’s a lovely place to send your children. Look no further.

I am very pleased with 365 childminding. It's been over 7 months since my 22 month old daughter has been attending this childminder and she has learned so much since going there. The staff are amazing and very proffesional. Definitely made the right choice by choosing them, highly recommend!

I am a mother for 2 children who have both attended 365 childminding. My 5 year old is now at school and still remembers her time at the childminders. So when o had my younger son, I knew exactly where I was going to go when the time came. I made sure I could get a place and had asked well in advance and although had a 4 month wait it was worth as my younger son who has now been attending for 8 months, has settled in amazingly.
All at 365 are very accommodating and have always helped my children progress. I am very happy with the services provided and the warm, care and love given. It’s like family and I have no doubts it had been the best start for them.
365 have also catered for the dietary requirements well and helped the children with all the EYFS core milestones.

Placing in our daughter with 365 childminding when she was 9 months old was a brilliant choice. Our daughter receives fantastic care, fresh food, and the opportunity to learn and play in a safe environment. 365 childminding are extremely accomodating and treat our daughter exactly as we had hoped. She does a huge variety of activities, and we get regular updates, pictures and have noted the progress in her development since starting. We feel we receive good quality communication from the team, who make us feel at ease and confident with our child's care. I would highly recommend.

We would like to highly recommend this setting. Our son is happy to attend and we know he leave him in safe hands. We are well informed about his progress, activities are selected to help with his development and what really matters for us is the feeling that he is well looked after and they genuinely care. We are looking forward to next sessions with 365 Childminding team!

I'm very pleased with 365 childminding.Hetal and Hardik are really supporting in all the needs, always responding on all my enquries and they are very flexible with the hours which I couldn't find anywhere else. They are doing amazing job with my son, monitoring his development and write everything in diaries where you can track how your child is doing. My child is happy, always asking if he can go to play with his friends which is a huge response from his side that he is enjoying his time there with all the activities.

365 Childminding has been the best move we made for our 2 year old daughter! The staff are kind and nurturing and treat our daughter like their own child. They have always ensured she is properly cared for from the settling in sessions when it was challenging and emotional to her now routine daily attendance.
When she has been sick, unlike other childcare settings which would call and request that the child is picked up dirty, they made sure she was given a warm bath, cleaned properly and dressed with fresh clothes. We have never seen a childminder care for a child the way they do. Their love for the children is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a childminder.
As we are Gujarati, they also try to speak to our daughter in our mother tongue to make her feel comfortable in the childcare setting, so it feels homely and she does not feel like she is away from her family.
We can say with confidence that when we drop my daughter to 365 Childminding my mind is at ease and without the slightest of worry. The staff are exemplary and have always gone beyond our expectations to ensure our daughter is fed, educated and had a restful nap.
Our daughter loves going to nursery and always comes home Happy and asks for the staff even on weekends!!

My daughter Just turned 3 and has been attending 365 childminding since the age of 1. They provide an amazing service, with smiling faces. I can see how hard work they do.
My daughter comes home and tells me what she has done at the setting all day activity.
365 childminding provided all training which I was thinking how will we managed with both of us working everyday, like using cutlery, potty, etc. biggest challenging trainings. I am really very happy to say that she refuse to were Nappies in age of 2 years 7 months and she don't wear in nights also.
This place is very safe, have friendly culture and environment. Other good things like they are celebrating the birthdays of kids. Celebrating the all festivals which helps kids to interact and know more about all culture.
I am really happy to have this nursery for my daughter. I can see growth, development and improvement in my daughter.
