About Me
My name is Ana and I have been working in childcare for several years, I currently work for a local council in a children's department.
I have an N.V.Q level 3 in childcare and many other short courses.
I often do babysitting for parents which I have been working with for many years. (references available)
I'm available for babysitting anytime.
I have 2 babies of my own, my eldest is 23 months, and my youngest is 10 months, therefore plenty of experience.
I feel that it is important for children to establish a good relationship with the person caring for them, this is to enable children to feel comfortable without their primary carer. Children should be stimulated throughout the day, this can be made up of either playing games, specific tasks, going out to the park/ play centres etc.
As a mother myself I would feel content if I know my child is happy with their carer, therefore will always do what I would do with my own children. (of course discussing with parents what their wishes are first)

I have a lot of experience in child care, as I have been working in this setting for 10years +.
My Qualifications
I have an N.V.Q. Level3 in childcare and also have done many short courses in childcare such as managing child's behaviour, learning through play.
