About Me
I live with my husband and two grown-up children in a quiet cul-de-sac.
I have all the statutory checks, insurances and qualifications required. My husband and both children (when they turned 16) have DBS checks.
I am very aware and conscious of Covid-19, therefore offer doorstep drop-off and collection and ensure the environment is cleaned and children do handwashing etc.
I currently have availability for before and after school, local to my home.
I try and offer a comfy, relaxing time for the children especially when they have had a day at school.
When we return home after school they have a good snack and then we do activities like play games (group / board games, wii or sports activities in the garden) or go to the nearby park. This depends on the children's choices, the pick-up times and weather, etc.
My Experience
I worked in a school for children with severe learning difficulties for 10 years, only leaving when I had my first child.
I became a registered childminder in 2000
