About Me
Hi i'm Jackie, i live on Southwold with my husband and 2 children aged 24 and 26. I also have 2 older children and am Nana to Hollie aged 14 Jake aged 11, Eva aged 9 and Jay 4. Our family home offers a safe and secure environment including a well stocked playroom and conservatory, from which the children can enjoy numerous stimulating activities and an enclosed garden for that all important outdoor space.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for over 20 years and have a vast amount of experience in all areas of childcare along with some excellent references. I am OFSTED registered graded OUTSTANDING.

Pediatric first aid trained
Epipen trained
Safeguarding Children (Child Protection )
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
My Availability
My working hours are from 8am to 5pm mon to Thurs.
I take and collect children from Southwold School and Nursery and Bubbles pre school.

Jackie has looked after both of my children, Isla (12 months to 4yrs) and Finley (12 months - 23months).
I can honestly say that Jackie has been amazing. Her nurturing and care of Isla and Finley mirrors that of my own. Jackie has always worked really closely with me to ensure that Isla and Finley get the best from her, and they have.
Jackie plans educational and fun activities, indoors and outdoors, for the children in her care which are tailored to their individual needs and abilities. Some examples are nature walks, teddy bears picnic, book themed activities, cooking, sensory play, numeracy games.....I could go on!
The only reason we are leaving Jackie is that I have decided to become a full time mum. It was harder telling Jackie that we were leaving than it was telling work!!
I have no hesitation in recommending Jackie for anybody's childcare needs. Jackie has always treated the children she cares for as part of the family and I'm sure you don't get that everywhere.
Isla and Finley adore Jackie and will be very sad to be leaving her care.
