About Us
Choosing a Nursery for your little one is a HUGE decision ... one that isn't made lightly!
We therefore encourage visits to our setting so you can see for yourself the service we provide, to have a chat about your childcare requirements and answer all your questions.
We are located in the beautiful, tranquil grounds of Pontlands Park Hotel in Gt. Baddow, Chelmsford.
We offer a warm welcoming atmosphere and pride ourselves on high standards of childcare and education.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, with early starts from 7.30am and late collections up to 6.30pm available.
All our qualified Staff have full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualifications or higher. We pride ourselves on low staff turnover.
All staff are qualified paediatric first aiders. We were the first Nursery in Essex (and one of the first in the Country) to achieve the Millies Mark Award.
We have achieved the Level 3 Bronze Autism Friendly Award for having all staff Autism Trained.
We offer Term Time only, All Year Round and Fully Funded places for 2, 3 & 4 year olds.
We provide a HAPPINESS Guarantee - we all the children to be happy and content whilst in our care and we therefore offer unlimited free settling in sessions - A Happy Child = A Happy Parent = Happy Childcare Practitioners.
We provide weekly sessions from Superstar Sports,Jo Jingles, Kidslingo (Spanish), On the Button Learning (Phonics), Make and Bake and Sing and Sign sessions. We also have monthly visits from Wild Fangs (exotic creatures and animals).

We have been taking our daughter to Little Faces since she was 6 months old. The team are just wonderful, so much so they feel like part of the family. The nursery is a wonderfully inclusive environment with so much happening the facility is bright and welcoming. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Thank you for your fantastic review. A is such a pleasure to look after and is so confident. We love the way she always greets everyone (including Staff) by their name, which is incredible for her young age. She has grown up way too fast and the team in Tiny Tots are sad that she will be moving up to Toddler Room soon.
