I am a qualified nanny with over fifteen years experience working as a sole charge nanny. I have looked after children from new born babies up to 12 years of age.
I am a keen crafter who also enjoys hikes in the countryside and getting out on my bike.
My Experience
After first qualifying I worked for Mark Warner, a holiday company, in their resorts in Turkey and Val D'Isere. I stayed with them for three seasons (two winters and one summer)
I then returned to the U.K working for two years in London looking after a 13 month old and a 4year old. I left to travel in the USA, Australia and New Zealand which I did for 18 months.
On my return I took a position in France looking after twins of 18months, a boy and girl, I stayed with the family for 9 months on a temporary contract.
2008-2013 I worked as a sole charge nanny with proxy parenting duties for a family in Glasgow with children aged 2 months, 4years and 6 years at the start of my employ. Providing all care for the children, meals, activities, homework, school/club drop offs. I regularly traveled with the family within Europe.
2013-present day. I am a sole charge nanny for two girls aged 2 months and 3 years at the start of my employ. The youngest child has a genetic skin condition that requires extra medical care and general attention. My duties covered all aspects of day to day childcare within the family.
My Qualifications
CACHE Diploma in Nursery Nursing
St Andrews First Aid for children.
