I'm 30 years old and have two of my own children, one boy aged 6 in full time school and a Daughter who is 2
We live in a lovely little village.. Great Chesterford
I am very trustworthy, patient, bubbly and caring.
I've always had a passion for working with children and i have nannied for around 10 years now.
I enjoy the outdoors, days out, messy play and I’m not ashamed to say it but i also love softplay!
I have a passion for helping parents and families with any support or advice that they may need.
I provide a safe loving environment for children to learn and explore in. We attend soft-plays and venture out on weekly outings alongside child led play, crafts and activities linked to child’s interests, development and themes.
My Experience
I have worked for many families over the years, some long term and some short term. in these positions i have covered; weaning, potty training, managing busy households, planning and providing homecooked meals, home-schooling, light housework, homework support, help and advice, supporting children and their families transition into new schools and nurseries, planning daily routines plus anything else that comes with running a household and family.
Having two of my own children has given me a whole new experience with children than nannying ever did.. we have had to overcome our own milestones and challenges as a family so now i can fully relate to parents that i work with on a professional and personal basis - i now know what mum guilt is and how hard it is to stay consistent and implement boundaries and routines when you as a parent are sleep deprived, trying to work but also maintain a happy and healthy family life - I have the experience as mum myself but also as a professional to help support families completely!
I'm fully accustomed to the juggling act of having children, pets, hobbies, social life and a house to run - we as a family are always quite busy and as a nanny i am currently juggling all of that at home and also caring for 5 children at work... i have come to love having a busy full life and i look forward to working with more families to ease their load and fill the children's day with fun, laughter and love!
