About Me
My name is Nicola, I am 34 years of age and a happily married mum of 2 children, 7 and 4 years of age. I live in knottingley, in a quiet cul de sac with nice neighbours, we are in walking distance of large open spaces, ideal for football, flying kites, nature walks and many other fun physical activities. There is also a park and swimming pool, library and shops for outings. We can also walk to our local train station, children’s centre and toddler groups.
My aim is to provide a safe, warm friendly and stimulating home environment where children can enjoy exciting learning experiences, build skills and reach their full potential. I have my own transport and a full clean driving licence so school runs within Knottingley are no problem.
My Experience
In 1992 I began a two-year level 3-childcare and education course (N.N.E.B) at Wakefield College. I passed this with merits and distinctions. Then for 10 years I worked as a nanny with sole charge of children ranging from 3 weeks to 5 years. I really enjoyed my time nannying so it seemed a natural progression once my own children arrived to become a registered childminder, so I could continue with a job I love and still be at home for my own children.

My hours of work are 06:00am - 20:00pm.
Term time, School holidays and Bank Holidays available.
