I am a mum of 3 older boys. I was a nanny but when I had my boys I went to being a childminder. I have over 30 years experience with children. I work in a special needs school 2 days a week. I love doing craft with the children and taking them out to different places. I give a home from home experience to the children with fun learning activities.

My little boy settled in quickly and grew so fond of Andie who was like another mom to him - a loving and cosy 'home away from home'. Everyday was packed with fun educational themed activities - from outings to soft play/animal farms to arts and crafts activities to fine and gross motor tasks.Each day I would receive detailed communication with photos of how his day was going, what he ate, how he slept and so forth.I always found her setting clean, fresh healthy varied meals made by her and an abundance of different educational toys catering to his development and interests. Andie is someone who is passionate, caring and dedicated to childcare and has gone above and beyond for my child - thank you so much!

I am so pleased to have found Andie. My son (age 1) settled in so quickly. Andie has decades of experience and provides a loving, home from home environment. She plans lots of fun crafts (as a result my son loves colouring independently at only 16 months old!). He always ends the day clean, happy and well fed. I couldn’t be happier with the care Andie provides.

We're sadly moving, but have had the best experience with Andie as our childminder to our 2 year old son. He settled in very quickly and gets very excited when he knows we're going to hers, a true testament to how caring & nurturing she is. Andie also takes time to create educational playtime, he's developed so much in his speech (& singing!). We struggled to get our son to brush his teeth and she helped and he now brushes his teeth with no fight! Can't recommend her enough!

Andie looked after my son for the past 2 years and she’s been wonderful with him. He is the happiest every day when he goes to her and he is learning a lot. She makes the kids do all these great craft activities, learning activities on various themes, and takes them to soft plays often. I have such a peace of mind to leave him in her care as I know he will be well looked after and get all the attention and care he needs. We always get lots of pictures during the day. A real home away from home for our little one, we will be very sad to leave Andie this summer when we relocate abroad.

Andie has been looking after our daughter for 6 months. She has been really patient as she adjusted to being away from home after lockdown. She always has brilliant and thoughtful activities planned with different themes each week. Our daughter brings home the most amazing crafts each week and her development is supported and encouraged. They also have regular trips out to soft play and other local attractions. Andie has also helped our daughter with her sleep, which has not been easy but she persevered!!
We love getting regular photos each day of what they are getting up too.
Overall we are really happy with her care and recommend Andie 100%!

Our son has been with Andie from 7 months and he's been loving it. We never had one tear at drop-off, he is always happy to see her in the morning and goes to her easily. Even after a few weeks off around Christmas I was worried he would need some time to settle back in but it went like a charm.
Andie has been nothing but amazing with him. It feels like he is part of the family. When it was possible (before restrictions due to covid) she would take him to lots of different soft plays, walks etc... Andie is very reliable, flexible, she's amazing with children all ages (she also looked a few times after our 5 year old who keeps asking to go back to her). I am very confident in her ability to help my son be stimulated and learn lots of new things. He is also spoiled with cuddles.
I would very strongly recommend Andie to anyone.

Andie has cared for my two children over the ages of 1-3 separately and together. They love her like family and I would say she loves them like family as well. She is flexible, reliable and trustworthy with your most precious possessions. My kids have been exposed to so many great experience with Andie taking them out most days which has improved their confidence as well as climbing abilities (softplays)! If I could cope with having another child they would certainly be lined up to goto Andie.

To Prospective Parents.
My daughter was with Andi from 12-14 months. Although we never got over tears at drop-off, my daughter was always happy and content when I picked her up. She slept and ate well, and Andi kept me updated with photos during the day. Different toys were laid out, art work was created and trips out to the park/softplay/farm/beach were a daily occurrence, All in all, Andi made going back to work so much easier and I would recommend her to everyone. Daily logistics mean we have had to leave Andi, otherwise my daughter would still be with her.

I highly recommend Andie as a great loving caring childminder with 30 year of experience.
I know Andie by recommendation from our previous childminder. Andie started looking after my daughter when she was 13 months old for one year. We bought the house and had to move out from the area. I found new childminder unfortunately we had a very bad experience. My daughter become distress and scared I cancelled the contract immediately. First thing came to my mind to contact Andie. We live faraway but still we decided to ask Andie if she have free space. We were lucky Andie took my daughter straightway in to her care. My child quickly received love care started smiling and feeling confident again. I’m so happy to have Andie, she is live saver for me. Anna J

Andie has been looking after our daughter (17 months old) for the last 4 months. Having spent nearly every minute with my daughter since she was born I was dreading leaving her with someone else, but Andie made me feel instantly comfortable, she clearly cares for my daughter and will sit and cuddle her all day if that's what she needs. She takes her on outings and is always thinking of inventive games and activities for them to do - and sends you pictures through out the day to keep you in the loop. Her house is a happy, welcoming place to be and we all love being there!
