Led by Michelle, a highly experienced early years educator and registered childminder, and supported by a dedicated team of childcare assistants, our small setting is passionate about giving every child the very best start in life.

The fun, kindness and thought that Michelle and her great team have put into Aiyanah will be with her and us forever. Her cosy environment encourages beautiful friendships between the children. Her outings are fun and interesting and I will miss the wonderful stories of pond dipping, music group and nature walks. I cannot thank her and her team enough for everything she has done for us, the only reason we left was because we moved home. Highly recommend Michelle to anyone wanting a nurturing, interesting, fun start to their early years child care.

Michelle was the first person to care for daughter when I returned to work and she did a fantastic job. Our daughter settled easily with her in her calm and homely childcare setting, and Michelle also provided me alot of support with the transition. We had daily updates from Michelle and saw the range of lovely activities they all got up to. Our daughter developed leaps and bounds and really enjoyed being there - often shaking her head at me when I came to pick her up. We have now moved away from the area and the hardest part of that was that we couldn't continue to send our daughter to Michelle. She was fantastic and looked after our little girl so well! Michelle looked after our son during the day from the age of six months and even though he's at school now, he still goes to her for days during the half term (he's now seven). She provides a family environment and he's known many of the kids she has cared for since he was a baby. Her setup is very structured and safe, and her provision of care is excellent. It's a highly creative, stimulating, sensory-packed environment, and the kids are encouraged to develop their skills through a large range of equipment and free-flow, supervised play in her home. She also takes the children to the usual play centres and playgrounds. Her half-term care schedule is very structured around themes - at Easter, for instance, the kids are taken to Heathfield park for arts and craft activities and an Easter egg hunt, and her outings are diverse (woodland detectives in Crane Park, den marking in Strawberry Hill woods etc.). I don't think many other childminders provide quite the same level of diversity in their care and input for kids.

We have been enjoying Michelle's childminding services since the children were 1 year old so for about 7 years now. Michelle is very responsible, reliable, trustworthy and genuinely caring. She is very affectionate with the children and makes an effort to keep them well entertained whilst recreating a very familiar setting for them in her lovely home. My children consider Michelle an extension of our family and are always happy to spend time at hers. She is an honest, kind-hearted individual who has put our mind at piece with the endless challenges concerning childcare. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent childminder.

Michelle is a fantastic childminder: warm, caring, creative and flexible. Both my children, who couldn't be more different developmentally or temperamentally, have flourished in her care and love going to her. She really goes the extra mile in supporting and helping children to grow in confidence, and the love and extra help she has given my eldest child in particular transformed his life. My husband and I couldn't be more grateful that she's in our children's lives, and we couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Michelle from the start has the best interests of children at the heart of all she does. From activities, outings, food and play my daughter enjoys herself so much in the home. She is also a fabolous source of advice for all parenting issues and questions that come up now and again!!

I found the prospect of returning to work and finding child care for our son (then 1 year old) very daunting. However from the moment of meeting Michelle I have felt confident that we have made the right decision and that Cameron is perfectly placed in her care. The environment and activities that Michelle provides are so well thought out to meet his needs and help his development. Both provide opportunities for social, emotional and developmental learning and Michelle's experience and passion for child care is evident throughout. Since being with Michelle we have noticed an increase in Cameron's confidence and ability, and through play he demonstrates a creativity and understanding that has clearly been nurtured in her care.
Michelle provides clear communication about his daily activities and development in both written and verbal feedback. This has helped me to continue some of the activities and learning themes at home, which we have both enjoyed!
Michelle has also gone beyond expectation by providing regular trips to places of interest, themed activities related to Celebrations throughout the year and even 'out of hours' social gatherings such as a Halloween party and a meet and greet with the local police.
I can not recommend Michelle highly enough. Cameron looks forward to attending and we can rest assured that he is in excellent care.
