Exceptional Childminder

Lisa has cared for Alex in her home, 4 days a week from 8 months old to 3yrs. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are lucky enough to find a space with her all I can say is grab it with both hands.

Lisa is an experienced professional with a heart of gold. After over 2yrs with her I can honestly say that choosing Lisa was the best decision we have made for Alex’s happiness and development.

Lisa is a true professional with years of experience. Having your child with her is very different from a corporate nursery with a high turn over of staff with varying levels of experience. Here your child will have one experienced professional who they will bond with in a home setting.

Lisa cares for Alex as an extension of her own family and it is clear that Alex feels safe and happy with her. At home they have safe, fun spaces (indoors and outdoors) to play with a variety of toys which are rotated. They have lots of different activities to entertain them. Alex particularly loves the creative craft projects Lisa does with them which are many and varied. They also all benefit from going out to parks and other places too for stimulation. Lisa makes delicious nutritious meals and snacks for them and has a quiet place for them to nap so they can get the rest they need.

We have found Lisa to be incredibly helpful in terms of drop off and pick up times provided we are also respectful of her time and make plans in advance. She communicates with us daily sending photos, meal plans and activities and will always let us know at drop off, pick up or via what’s app of any developments, milestones or other notes.

Alex is a happy outgoing girl. She ran into her nursery settling-in day full of confidence. I know a large part of that is due to the care and preparation Lisa has provided. She has ensured that Alex not only feels safe and happy but also that she is ready for the next step.

Lisa and her family are those kind hearted reliable people who are rare gems. They have become part of our family and we are going to miss them so much when Alex goes to nursery though we hope to always stay in touch.

Alex is going to be missed

My son adores her...

Lisa has been looking after my son for a year, since he was 4 1/2 months old. He settled in very quickly and loves going to her every morning.

She made my return to work so easy and stress free. I had been so worried about leaving my son but after his first settling in day all my worries disappeared.

I get regular photos of his activities so feel like I'm not missing out on anything.

She is extremely kind and caring and is brilliant with the children. I am so happy I found her and would be totally lost without her.
