I am a responsible, reliable, gentile and caring mum of 2 ( all grown up now ) I believe in kindness and positive attitude towards everyone, I love life and smiling as explore what life give us .
I enjoy every minute of my family time and also I take great pride and pleasure in my job , there's never a dull moment , I can witness every little one that I care for grow happily with great aptitude and values ,I love watching every individual child achieve their development and be individual in their won right ( many parents have said that being a childminder isn't a easy job, it has challenges but when you do what you love I can only see is the achievements and the joy it is to watch them grow and succeed , it a very fulfilling job and I enjoy every minute of it )
My Experience
I been child-minding since 2010 from that time I had the opportunity to help many parents with their little ones ( many children have outgrown my setting by moving to full time education and their siblings have taken their vacancies)
I run my setting as a family as I work with my husband, adding a family feeling to the setting and these feeling and orientation its very much present on a day to day running and planning, these practice and accessibility helps many parents whom understandably find it difficult to let go of their little ones when the time comes to get back into work
( I try to be flexible an offer a service to each individual parent and child that may help both with this transition and parents the peace of mind knowing that their child in a safe, happy and healthy environment ( to help this I offer a pick up and drop off depending on areas and times again to help aid a routine and safety as suitability to parents
I am also a parent of 2 children I'm proud to say they have grown to be responsible and well accomplished young adults
I keep myself update with ofsted new rules and regulations, and I undergo regular training to insure my procedures and work ethics and quality remains at high standers
I enjoy working with parents and children in multi settings as i believe its important to provide opportunities to all children and maintain open communication with the adults in their lives so parents may be involved in their child’s day to day care
my daughter now 28 she has undergoing the training to become a childminder herself and has joined me as an assistant while awaiting her registration process to completed

Vanda and Paul have been my son’s childminders practically since birth for the past 2 years. We are now moving overseas and my son will surely miss them both very much. He made his first steps and said his first words with them! For the past 2 yrs Vanda has been looking after my son with great care and much adaptability/flexibility, considering both his needs and our own - as parents - were evolving very quickly. She always demonstrated much responsiveness to our changing situation and requirements which is highly appreciated. The fact that she and her husband were able to do the pick up/drop off by car all this time also means we saved precious time in public transport, which is vital in a busy city like London. I know my son got a caring, warm and disciplined environment for the past 2 yrs; at 26 month old he now appreciates and values sociability, affection, healthy food and dynamic physical activities while developing all other intellectual capabilities in a stimulating environment. Thank you both Vanda and Paul for your critical help and support all this time!
