About Me
Ofsted registered childminder for 20years. Graded outstanding at last inspection. I have 2 children of my own ages 22 and 24. I have been doing this job since they were very young and find it highly enjoyable and extremely rewarding. I have worked with the age range birth up to teenage years, I have experience of working with children with disabilities and special requirements. I have many years experience as a registered childminder and look forward to carrying on in my role for many years to come.
My Experience
My experience as a childminder is that children learn and develop in a happy environment. I offer a warm welcoming home environment where children can play and learn safely. My aim is to implement learning through varied stimulating
play activities following all aspects of the child's development as set out in the Early Years Framework. I work in a fully inclusive way putting the needs of children first at all times and the requirements of their parents.

My son has been going to Sam and Sharon since he was 14 months and is now nearly 7
and I can’t recommend them enough!!
They are always taking the children out on different adventures to parks, play centres and always keep me updated with pictures. They have played a huge part in his learning journey ensuring that activities are educational as well as fun! As my son has grown, they have made sure the activities and toys are suited to his age and always go above and beyond with thinking of new places to explore and trips out. The communication has been amazing and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Thankyou Sam and Sharon for being the best childminders! :)

I could not recommend Sam & Sharon more. They have been wonderful with our little boy and have brought him on in leaps and bounds. They are very reliable, caring and informative.
I would not hesitate to use them again if we have another child as my little boy loves both of them so much.
