My name is Gwenda, I live with my husband Davie and our dog Ruby, I have 2 kids and 6 grandchildren who visit often. I have lived in Muir Of Ord for 25 years.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder for almost 30 years, I am registered with the care inspectorate and have a disclosure scotland certificate. I have lots of experience with different ages of children, I provide a happy carefree home environment, I like the children in my care to feel welcome and relaxed. I aim to meet the childrens needs and the needs of the parents to the best of my ability.

Well 5 stars really doesn’t quite cover what Gwenda has done for our family and how valued she is. Her childcare is exactly what any parent would want. A place where any child is listened to , loved, nurtured and kept safe. Gwenda’s childcare goes above and beyond. She has helped our family immensely and kept our kids happy at a moments notice through a few tough health spots. Her knowledge and ability to work with kids is next to none and shows how many years of experience she has. Our whole family loves her, even the dog!

Gwenda has looked after our son for about a year and a half since he started p1. From the outset I knew we had made the right choice for us. Her home is so welcoming and offers a fun and enjoyable environment that supports and encourages development. Gwenda offers a range of stimulation and encourages the children to follow their own interests both in and outdoors. Our little has come on leaps and bounds in Gwendas care. We are really happy and couldn't ask for more.
