Hi,
My name is Cathy. I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Sutton and have
been in childcare for 16 years.Ofsted Rated Good in July 2023.I am also a member of Childcare.co.uk and have singed up to the Government Tax Free Childcare.
I offer a home from home environment with home cooked food.
Our day’s are filled with both indoor and out door activities visits to the park, library, farm and nature trails I also have a large collection of indoor/outdoor toy for all age.
My husband Darren and I have 2 wonderful girls (23 &19)As a family we have always loved the out doors and all that comes with it.

We have had our 2 year old daughter going to Cathy's fulltime time since she was 10 months old. Our daughter has always had a great connection with Cathy and warmed to her immediately. There were no issues with settling in. She loves going every day and always leaves happy because she's had fun playing with the Cathy and the other children, eating good home-cooked meals, and always has had a good nap during the day. She has benefitted from always having kids her age to play with but in a more intimate home setting. We love Cathy as we have gotten to know her and really recommend her to anyone.

Choosing Cathy as our childminder has been one of the best decisions we've ever made! From the moment we met we felt an instant connection and a sense of trust. Our son absolutely adores spending time with her.
Cathy provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that has greatly contributed to our child's growth and development.
Communication with Cathy has been exceptional. We receive regular updates about our child's daily activities, which brings us peace of mind while we're at work. It's clear that she truly cares about our child's happiness and welfare. Moreover, Cathy has been incredibly flexible and accommodating, which has made our lives much easier.
We highly recommend Cathy to any parents seeking a caring, professional, and dedicated childminder. We feel blessed to have found her, and we can't thank her enough.

We are very lucky to find Cathy! She provides reassurance to first time parents especially during difficult time of transition.
We are very happy how our son spends his days at Cathy’s and she is very flexible and open to discuss any issues or concerns.
Our son eats home made food and learned a lot of new skills including English language ( not his first language), songs, dances according to his age.
Cathy has wonderful communication and makes parents feel comfortable and welcome!
Highly recommend Cathy as your childminder your child will be in caring, safe, home environment and you can spend day at work with without worrying.

We moved to the area a few months before my return to work when our daughter was nearly one in Nov 2018. Cathy was the only childminder we met as we knew our daughter would be very happy with her. Cathy has been brilliantly flexible with hours and even allowed me to swap days to fit in with my work. The kids do loads of great things such as play dough and crafts and get out and about each day. Cathy, Darren and her daughters are like an extension of our family, we really couldn’t recommend her enough. We will be very sad when our daughter leaves her at 3 to go to nursery.

We feel so lucky to have found Cathy! Cathy and her family create a warm and loving home-from-home environment which was a really important factor to us when selecting our childcare. Our daughter has absolutely loved it there from day 1, she really enjoys the combination of outings and home play / activities. Cathy also got her into a nap routine within the first few days and has been instrumental in encouraging her to eat well. We couldn’t recommend Cathy more highly!

It took me a long time to find Cathy, but when I met her I knew immediately that she was the one for us! She's so bubbly and positive and natural with the children in her care. Nothing seems hard work for her. My daughter has been with her since she turned 1 and I went back to work. She was not good at napping in a cot, but Cathy had her settled and napping better than ever within the first few days in her care. Cathy gives home cooked meals and doesn't ask for packed lunches which makes it so much easier to get organised on work days. They get out to the local parks and my daughter is very content in her care. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

We were so lucky to find Cathy! As first time parents, both my husband and I were worried about putting our son into full time childcare with a nursery when I was returning to work full time. We are now so happy that after vising each nursery in the area and meeting with a few childminders we found Cathy. She made this daunting process as easy and comfortable for all of us, and especially the baby. Little one settled in very quickly and in just a few days we could see how much he was enjoying his days with Cathy and other lovely children in her care. Every evening I would be picking up a very happy baby, smiling and giggling with Cathy whilst trying to tell her stories in his baby language, he is always very well fed and even started having proper afternoon naps.
If you are looking for a happy, safe and stimulating environment for your little one I truly cannot recommend Cathy high enough.
