Shada known as Nanny Sharz is a career nanny specialising in sleep training, potting training and night nanny, travel and temporary nanny or maternity nursing work. With over 20+ years of childcare experience she prides herself on being a proactive, loving, honest, supportive, bubbly, creative, professional, organised, passionate, reliable individual.
Shada started her nanny career in her teens and has gained extensive childcare experience over the years. She has worked as a freelance Dance and Drama teacher in over 20 schools and 100 stages in the UK and her childcare experience ranges from raising new-borns, toddlers, twins, school age children to teenagers. She is confident with the weaning, sleeping training, potty training stages and putting schedules and routines in place.
Shada adapts a gentle nanny and learning through play approach and aims to encourage children to be independent and reach their full potential. She encourages fun and stimulating learning activities to promote child development of independence of thought and action, confidence, concentration, perseverance, problem-solving, motor co-ordination, self-esteem, and sense of responsibility with loads of positive praise and affirmations.

Shada has a background in the performing arts and is experienced in many dance styles such as Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Street/Hip Hop, Bhangra/Bollywood and many more. She also holds a BA Honours degree in Arts and Social Sciences- Dance and Theate and a MA in Childhood studies and Early years.
With her performing arts background and childcare experience and knowledge, she combines her transferable skills in delivering a 5-star childcare experience which she likes to refer to as The Nanny Sharz Experience.
Her nanny career has seen her work for nanny families from all different cultures, HNWI, UHNWI and celebrities all over the world in countries such as Scotland, Tanzania, Oman, Dubai, Thailand, USA, Nigeria, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece, Italy and many more. She offers a range of childcare services and has been described as the "One Stop Nanny for all your parenting needs".
Shada is passionate about raising children and supporting and guiding parents through their parenting journey. She is happy to travel in the UK or worldwide at short notice.
She is available to interview ASAP and looking for bookings in June, July, October, November and December 2024. Bookings are subject to availability. You will be required to complete a booking form for the Childcare Service you need and for Shada to learn more about you and your family. Once you complete the form, she will give you a call within 12-24 hours.

My Experience
Professional Ofsted registered career nanny with Performing Arts background and a MA Degree in childhood studies and early years with 20+ years Childcare experience. She has worked with children ranging from ages new-born to teenage years but prefer the early year’ssector. She also have experience working with newborns and twins and prides herself on being a very energetic, creative person and a passionate, hard-working nanny. With extensive experience in teaching children ages 3-16 drama, street and tap dance as well as project management of performance/ theatre shows, workshops, summer schools, homework clubs and PE classes in over 20 schools and 100 stages in the UK she is well rounded. She is confident with the weaning, sleeping training, potty training stages and putting routines in place.
