Dear Parents,
I currently provide before and after school care (plus picking up and dropping off service) for children attending:
Oasis Parkwood Primary, Church of England Primary, st Bernadette's Primary and st Bede's secondary
Other schools are available if they operate at slightly different times than the listed schools.
I'm open from 6:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m.
I live close to the Westcliff Primary School at the entrance to Manor Park, 15 15-minute walk from Ashby High Street. Children come to me in the morning, I give them breakfast, and then I take them to school. I pick them up in the afternoon and they come home with me for the evening meal. This means that their parents don't have to sort breakfast before they go to work or rush home to make their kids tea, as they've already eaten at my home. I'm on the compulsory and voluntary part of Ofsted registration.
I can also pick children up from home.
I speak English and Polish.
I accept funding.

My Experience
I've been working with children for many years. I have my own house near the entrance to an enormous park (Manor Park)I have two teenage daughters. I aim to look after children in a creative way, teach them new things, encourage them to learn, and spend time outside exploring the world around them. I focus on sports activities and arts & crafts.
My Qualifications
I graduated in 2019 with BA (Hons) in Business Studies. I completed 'Introduction to Home Based Childcare' course in 2012. I'm registered with Ofsted and have valid First Aid certificate and DBs check. I also undertake safeguarding courses regularly.
My Availability
I'm available from 6 a.m. till 6 p.m.
The children I care for range in age from 5 years to 12 years of age, and each one of them is very special to me. Some have been with me for nearly 4 years, some only a matter of months.
You will be 100% happy that you are leaving them with a fully registered/CRB/DBS checked/experienced/qualified person who will be like an Auntie to your child, who your child will be happy and content with.
My business is a school wrap-around care facility. I do not provide daytime care except ad-hoc during the school holidays when I am available. One month before any school holidays I can provide a planner showing my availability to the parents, who will advise whether they require any of these days. With so many children on my register, it is on a ‘first come, first served' basis. My contracts are 'term time only'.
My basic rate is 50 pounds per week for morning care 7 - 9a.m. OR afternoon 3 - 5 p.m. (Price includes school pick-ups/drop-offs). Every additional hour is 6 pounds.
I can provide My OFSTED registration number upon visiting.
I can provide pick up/drop off from:
St. Bernadette's Catholic Primary Academy,
Oasis Academy Parkwood,
St Bedes Secondary
Church of England Primary (only in the morning)
Monday to Friday.
Other schools are also considered.
My childcare is focused on a 'home from home' basis rather than an after-school facility; the kids are treated as part of my family when they are here.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Prices start from 5£ per hour if you choose a full-time place with me mornings AND afternoons or part-time care mornings OR afternoons (for before-school care 7-9 a.m. and school drop off and school pick up plus after-school care 3-5 p.m.).
Full-time care (Monday to Friday secured place) is a fixed fee of £100 a week, this includes before and after school care and pick up/drop off service. Part-time care (this means mornings OR afternoon care) is a fixed fee of £50 a week from 3-5 p.m. regardless of attendance.
Every additional hour is £5. If you decide to reserve weekly space it gives you priority and it will guarantee my availability
If you need me just for occasional help I charge £7 for school pickup/drop-off and £6 for every hour of care. Please note: occasional help doesn't guarantee my availability.
I can offer a discount based on your circumstances.
Parents can apply for financial support.
