My name is Rebecca Daniel I am a registered childminder in Crowthorne.
I am a lively and energetic person who loves to be around children! I offer a home-from-home service and treat all children in my care like one of my family.
I live with my fiancé Daniel and our 3 children
We have 2 miniature dachshunds and a gecko.
I have assistants that work with me.
I love working with children, my aim is to provide a high quality service of childcare in a safe, warm, happy and fun environment.
My assistants adore working with children and are fantastic assets to the setting.
I accept 2,3 and 4 year old funding, childcare vouchers and tax free childcare
My Experience
Being a mum, I had to work full-time for four years. I had 3 childminder's throughout this time. I feel from my experience I offer a great service to both the children and their families
I offer:
A safe, warm and happy environment for children
A multinational and multicultural household
A happy environment where all children are treated equally and with respect
Our approach is to allow children to learn through play.
I have a purpose built playroom and separate garden for the children.
I have a huge variety of toys and resources for children, from arts and crafts, dressing up, puppets, outdoor toys, baking, music and much more.
I will take children on outings to the park, indoor play areas, play groups, music sessions, dance sessions. In school breaks we will take trips to farms, play centres, Zoo's etc

I have paediatric first aid training (updated every 3 years)
I have epi pen training

Food/ hygiene level 2

6am-8pm - can be very flexible

I cover Oaklands Infant and Junior school
Crowthorne Church of England school
I cover Acorns under 5s Pre school school and Our Lady's preparatory school and day nursery

I have found Rebecca and her childminding business on childcare website and we are so happy with the care and support Rebecca is giving to our now nearly 17months old baby girl and to us, from the moment I met Rebecca and seen her house and the lovely environment she provides to all of the children I knew we found our childminder, Mollie is always so happy to go to see Becka and is so happy when we pick her up, sometimes she doesn't even want to come home :)
We appreciate all the help and support that Rebecca has given us, she is amazing and we know we are very very lucky to have her in our lives, thank you sooo much Rebecca xx

It was apparent from our first meeting with Rebecca that she is a diligent, flexible and professional childminder, however her love, care and dedication to our son was truly exceptional.
In the six months that Rebecca has looked after Alden (sadly we have to relocate due to work otherwise we would of remained with Rebecca) his speech has come along greatly and he is a confident and polite little boy. Her handling of disciplinary issues are exceptional, with her using excellent communication skills to explain why the behaviour is not acceptable, previous issues that we had encountered when disciplining Alden have since ceased.
The activities she embarks on with the children are superb, baking (the best apple crumble we have had!) arts and crafts, free play, mornings/days out at playgroups, trampolining club, the farm, the list is endless!
We really can't speak highly enough of Rebecca and I know that we will all miss her greatly. Thank you for everything you have done.
