Hi My name is Diane,
I am an Ofsted registered childminder with a 'Good' Grading
I hold a Degree in Early years education, and have up to date first aid and safeguarding training.
I have been working with Children for over 25 years and have a very good knowledge of how children learn and achieve in a fun exciting and enjoyable way.
I will provide your child with lots of stimulating and enjoyable activities, indoor and out.
we will also go to groups where your child will have the opportunity to socialise with other children as this is an important part of their development.
we will also have days out to parks, farms or other places all have a good educational value for you child to learn hands on about the world around them and also get lots of fresh air and build on them all important physical skills

My Experience
I have been working with children for over 25 years
i was a childminder for 8 years before going on to work in a pre-school as the deputy manager, in Bramhall, i was also the SENCO helping children with additional needs and supporting children and parents with additional services involved.
I also then worked as a room manager at a private nursery, which had a forest school ethos which i was fully involved in.
My Qualifications
I have been studying child care for over 20 years.
I have a long list of qualifications including,
Degree 'early years education'
Foundation degree 'early years senior practitioner'

food hygiene
protage approaches
Makaton
SENCO

Nothing was too much trouble to help my daughter settle in and overcome her fear of other children. She now loves playing and meeting new friends. Diane has a knack of assessing what each child needs and encouraging them to develop and grow. The children always go out everyday and no day is the same. My daughter has complex special needs and every single need is met at Little Explorers. All the children have different dietary requirements especially my daughter who has food allergies, but always have a nutritious healthy diet whilst there.
I highly recommend this child minder.
