Unprofessional

I raised a genuine concern about my 8 month old daughter sleeping in a car seat. Kelly took this personally. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional she was in dealing with my concern. While I was trying to come to an understanding, she mentioned that she is busy atm.

It made me feel that if she doesn't have time to address my concerns as a parent and paying customer then it's best to go elsewhere.

This is very unfair as you texted me 4 times and I replied promptly to all your messages. I said on the 4th text I hope I have answered all your questions as I’m a bit busy atm as I’m caring for my father who has recently been diagnosed with vascular dementia.
I have always answered any questions you have raised very promptly and I treat all the parents the same and fairly
Remember this was also my day off but I always get back to parents when they text on my days off and the weekends as I have done and will continue to do so. Everyone is treated the same.

5 Star Childcare

My Wife, JoE has already reviewed Kelly, but for some reason her review was 4/5, but should have been the full "5" star rating.

I just wanted to add that Kelly does provide a "5 star" Service and is so friendly and caring, as well as being a very experienced and professional childminder.

I didn't have any worries when leaving my Daughter with Kelly and my Daughter was always happy when she was there.

Why pay for a breakfast club, when you can have a more personal childminding service.

Excellent Childminder - highly recommended

Kelly looked after my Daughter each morning and took her to Marian Vian School. From day one, I found that Kelly was so caring and warm and it felt like we had known her for ages.

Kelly provides an extremely child friendly home and treats all children as one of her own. She always makes sure they have eaten breakfast before they go to School, ready for the day ahead.

I would thoroughly recommend Kelly as a Childminder and I found the whole process easy, especially after one phone call, Kelly was able to have my Daughter the next week. Arranging payments through my Childcare Vouchers was also an uncomplicated process.

Kelly is situated in a very central location and on the way to Marian Vian School, which makes it even more convenient.

Kelly is always flexible with timings and has even offered to have my Daughter if I ever need her to in the future.

Kelly is simply wonderful! My little boy loves to come here and play with his friends as well as the lovely dog Lola. Kelly has a really good routine with just the right balance of playgroups, park visits and other outside fun and home based play. She also organises special activities in the holidays and for the festive seasons. Kelly is a lovely warm person and you can tell she really enjoys the children! I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for childcare, the whole family love her dearly!

Excellent family setting.

Kelly provided an excellent setting for my child from 9 months until 3 years, when we left the area. She provided safe, educational & healthy activities both within the setting and beyond. The feedback I received on my child's development and activities was also exceptional.
