I am an award winning academic tutor with 25 years teaching experience. I provide in person and online services.
My Experience
I am an academic tutor with 100% record of 7 plus and 11 plus entry into private schools. I am a primary school teacher having taught for the past 25 years in both the state and the independent sector. I have also been successfully helping pupils fill on gaps in their learning in reading, creative writing, math and science.
My Qualifications
I hold 2 degrees, a BA majoring in political science and history and a post grad degree in education.I specialise in creative writing and English language skills. I assist in preparation of entrance exams to independent schools. I specialise in teaching Key Stage 1 and Keystage 2 pupils in all areas of learning, as well as GSCE Language papers. I hold a current DBS and St John’s first aid certificate. I am also a mental health first aided for children, young adults and adults.
My Availability
I am available daily for those that are home schooled and on Sundays or after school on specific days and for a rate of £50/hour.
