My Summary

My Experience

I have been working as a HLTA in a primary school for 3 years - and as a TA since 2016. I love working with children in a school setting and this job has given me lots of experience working with them 1:1 and in a small group. As part of my job I have also received First Aid training and safeguarding reviews a few times a year.

On top of this, I worked as a nanny for 3 years (first time for two boys aged 7 and 10, and then for two girls aged 4 and 9, then a boy and a girl aged 4 and 7) . I have also worked as a nursery nurse assistant in a holiday club.

I spent one summer working as a group leader for a summer camp in the South of England, being responsible for a group of 21 students aged 12-17.

I have many years of experience babysitting - mostly for friends or family and for children of all ages. I also worked as a private tutor for 6 years, with children aged 4-15 in subjects such as English, Spanish, History or general support for primary school years.

My Qualifications

I have a university degree in English and a HLTA qualification.
I also hold an updated dbs certificate and have had first aid training.

My Availability

I am looking for a part time position, preferably after school and/or evenings so I can work around my job as a HLTA in a primary school. I am available most evenings during the week and possibly weekends if required.

I am based in Wandsworth and would like to find something in the area - ideally Putney / Southfields / Wandsworth Town but open to discuss surrounding areas (Richmond, Roehampton, Wimbledon).

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £25.00 per hour
