About Me
Hi I'm vicky, I'm 27 years old. I am reliable, confident, good with children, well spoken and I am a qualified level 2 and level 3 childcare assistant. I have worked in a nursery and afterschool setting for many years as well as working abroad as a childrens rep for Thomsons and First Choice in Menorca, Spain. I used to volunteer at a gymnastics centre, where I ran my own classes during the week. I also have experience and am a qualified level 1 pre school gymnastics coach. I have a DBS check which is enhanced, I am a qualified street cheer coach and a sport leader. I am paediatric first aid trained, administering epi pens, and I also hold general first aid training ans currently work for the ambulance service. I have completed a manual handling course and I have also been on a safeguarding and child protection course for within sport and also NSPCC trained. I have had an experience of disable children, I have supported a child with a disability as an assistant one to one within a daycare setting as well as teaching many other disabled children gymnastics. I also have a nephew who has many complex additional needs who I help care for and I am currently learning sign language in my spare time. I have also studied many units about disability and also another 2 units about sensory impairments within my childcare qualifications and I also have a disabled sister and mother so I know how to provide for disabled people of all ages and abilities.

My Experience
I have volunteered in a gymnastics centre where I have gain the experience to work with and teach many children of different abilities sport. I have worked in a childcare centre as a student worker and going to college at the same time studying the level 2 childcare course as well as working in an afterschool club and nursery both based in a school and a childcare setting. I am first aid trained, manual handling trained and I have also attended a safe guarding and child protection within sport course and I am also NSPCC trained by Thomson and First Choice. I also support my local Rainbow amd guides girlguiding group where I have completed safe space training. I have also assisted in taking care of a disabled child within a childcare setting as a one to one and many family members.
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSEs ranging from a to d which can be viewed on request. I have a level 2 and level 3 deploma in childcare. I am first aid trained, manual handling trained and I am also safe guarding and child protection trained. I also have level 3 diploma and extended diploma in travel and tourism and drive with use of my own car.
My Availability
I have a 5 year old daughter who if I can bring with me I can do anytime or day, however, I am very flexible and drive with my own vehicle.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
It does depend on my duties and how far I would have to travel as to my fees. Generally I charge £5 an hour and past midnight it changes to £7 an hour. However I am flexible and can amend my fees under circumstances and can come to a mutual decision. I do prefer cash in hand but can do either way however I can't take childcare vouchers. I am a single mother so do understand how expensive it can be to have a night off/out so please just message and if its even just for you to have an hour to yourself I'm more than willing to help and do a hour for free or very cheaply for you to enjoy some you time.
