Neelofer started looking after my daughter when she was 18months old and looked after my 4 year old during school holidays. My daughter settled in very quickly and I think that is down to Neelofer's caring nature. My girls absolutely love going to Neelofer's. It is like a home away from home, Neelofer is so kind and generous. Her family are very welcoming too. My youngest particularly loved Neelofer's cooking and snacks. Neelofer takes the children out every day to different play groups/ playgrounds and also took my daughter to forest school. Neelofer has lots of toys at her house and a wonderful garden for the children to play in. We were very sad to leave Neelofer, but had to due to change in job situations. Wonderful childminder.
Our daughter G started in Neelofer's care in March 2022, prior to G starting Neelofer undertook a thorough settling in process including short sessions at her setting and a home visit. From the first time I met Neelofer she demonstrated that she was a high quality provider of childcare as she shows genuine care and interest in G, viewing her as a unique child.
Under Neelofer’s care G has flourished. Neelofer offers G the opportunity to learn and develop within an enabling environment with strong teaching, care and support. When G started she could say ‘Mummy & Daddy’ only. G now has a vast vocabulary which Neelofer has been key in developing. Neelofer ensures that G’s communication and language skills are developing. Neelofer reads regularly with G, she has recommended that we read 'Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?' at home with G to further support her learning, therefore offering a joined up approach between home and the childminder. G has started to show basic understand of mathematics, she will repeat numbers and has started to repeat number sequences. I have attended playgroups with Neelofer (attending with my younger child) and I have seen Neelofer encouraging the children to count and helping them in a supportive manner. Neelofer also sends us progress and activity updates regularly, which are detailed and very helpful in terms of joining up the childminding activities and our development work at home.
G has grown considerably in confidence since starting with Neelofer. Prior to starting G was very shy and reluctant to get involved in activities or with other children. G preffered watching others play. Over the past year G has grown in confidence, she is now happy to get involved in activities and has good friendships with the other children in the setting. Neelofer facilitates positive relationships, which has been crucial for G’s social development.
G has enjoyed a wide variety of opportunities to understand the world with Neelofer, she attends Rhymetime at the local library, Reigate Baptist Church & Gaters playgroup. Along with trips to the park, walks to feed the ducks and a trip to the farm a few weeks ago. As I am on maternity leave and have a younger daughter (not yet in Neelofer's care), I have attended groups at the same time as Neelofer and the other children. I have witnessed her encouraging the children to take part in activites, the children listen to her instructions and enjoy their time with her. Neelofer encourages G to be expressive with arts and design, G comes home most days with art work or creative items, often linked to current themes such as; Christmas, Mothers Day, Ramadan and Easter. G is now able to hold a pen, regularly using the tripod grip.
Neelofer encourages G everyday to make progress and reach her full potential. We are very happy with the level of care, support, learning and development that G receives whilst in Neelofer's care. We plan to send our second daughter to Neelofer when I return to work.
Neelofar has been looking after our son for almost 2 years and she is by far the most brilliant child minder we have ever had. She came highly recommended and she has certainly lived up to this recommendation. She has a nice and cosy house with lots of toys and educational activities. She always makes a plan for the day up front which involves a wide range of activities that my son loves. She takes my son to local playgroups, farms, parks, libraries and many other places that keeps our child stimulated. Neelofar also provides us a detailed daily diary which gives us a great summary of the activities they have been doing. My son is about to join the school now and Neelofar has worked very hard to prepare him for it.
My son simply adores Neelofar. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
Neelofer has looked after my daughter for over a year and she is a fantastic childminder. The activities planned for the children are fun and engaging and my daughter has learnt so much; her confidence has also improved. Neelofer’s setting is fantastic - lots of toys for the children to play with and excellent craft and cooking activities. I can not recommend Neelofer enough - a great childminder!
Neelofer is very professional and that means very kind and motherly with the children: security is key, learning is important with many many games. She looks after both our sons after school and they always go happily, playing very well, eating well and reading / counting / writing as needed. I highly recommend her!
