I can highly recommend Neelofer as a responsible, caring, accommodating, hands-on, hard-working and passionate childminder. Her childcare services exceeded my expectations. She was minding my son for about a year before going on maternity leave. My son settled very quickly and was happy to go to Neelofer ever after. She provided a cosy, home-feel-like environment for my son and other children in her care, with facilities as described in the profile. She cared for their well-being by maintaining a safe, healthy environment, preparing fresh, healthy meals every day and providing lots of activities suitable for their age, outdoor and indoor. She spoke very passionately about her job and children in her care, on every occasion. As mentioned she was very accommodating and understanding on many occasions such as change of hours, dietary needs, picking up/dropping my son.
