Hi my name is Chris fish I am an Ofsted registered childminder with many years experience. In march 2023 graded good from Ofsted . My daughter kelly has joined me in our setting after years of working lead Sen in our local nursery .
We live in Woodingdean(two minutes from the Amex stadium and the Nuffield hospital) and a short drive from RSCH . We live in a bungalow with a safe child friendly garden. With no parking restrictions.
As a childminder I consider my role not only to keep you child safe , but encourage happy healthy independence .
We spend lots of our time outdoors exploring. Having fun and making memories , whilst learning .
My Experience
Since 2002 i have cared a number of children , From birth through to school . My setting has been described as unique home from home setting . Where children settle quickly , becoming confident happy well balanced little people , having my daughter join as my assistant in September has been a great addition to the team .

Chris has looked after both of my daughters at a very challenging time for our family. She has worked really hard to build an amazing relationship with them both and we are so grateful for her support.
We get daily updates so we always know what the girls have been up to and we can see that they have a wonderful time at an amazing range of indoor and outdoor destinations.
At Chrissy’s they do lots of activities and bring home lovely art work for our walls. They eat well and my youngest naps soundly!
I have found Chris very open and warm. She has always been available to talk about the girls and has given me her time above and beyond expectations when I’ve needed assurance. She has also been really flexible and tried to accommodate our requests when we have needed extra help.

Our twin daughters have been in Chris’ care for just over a month now and we can safely say that finding her was life changing. She is incredible and the care she provides is second to none. The girls absolutely love her and have the best time when they are with her. It’s like home from home for them. They do so much and are exhausted by the end of the day. They go out every day to some fantastic places and we look forward to seeing what they have been up to as she posts lots of photos throughout the day. The thing that blows us away each week though is how the girls have come on so quickly with particular skills, nurtured by Chris. Their language has already come on leaps and bounds and their motor skills when it comes to feeding themselves is unrecognisable. We followed the BLW route and they were using cutlery before they started with Chris but already their confidence to feed themselves is amazing. If you are thinking you need a childminder that’s brilliant and you want the very best care for your little one, contact Chris, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Chris you are just amazing and we are so grateful to have found you x

Chris has been my trusted childminder and now good friend for over 5 years. I first met Chris when I needed a childminder for my first born. Chris now looks after child number three for me and I don’t know where we’d be without her. Incredibly kind, hardworking and wise, Chris provides the children with a varied and engaging day. Jack loves the time he spends with Chris and his independence and development is coming on in leaps and bounds. Thank you Chris for all that you do!

Since starting in January; Laura has come on leaps and bounds. She loves being with her friends and Chris. Taking Laura to this setting feels like dropping her off with family. Chris even checks up on Laura when she is not at the setting due to illness to see how she is. It’s brilliant that, weather permitting Chris takes all the kids out or if they are indoors they are always doing activities. Laura is always worn out when she comes home. Thank you Chris and all the family x
