I am a professional person, who works as any other business, as we all have tax and insurance to pay, as well as household bills. I spent nearly 20 years within Supply Chain and now have totally changed my career, and what a wonderful career. I am very serious about my work, as I appreciate how valuable your little one is, and offer a standard equivalent to any nursery, if not more, as the children not only get one to one care, but a group environment also. I am Ofsted registered and have been been inspected in 2014 and 2018 and graded as "GOOD", which I am very happy with.
I appreciate that not everyone has a 9-5 job, so I am very flexible and will work with you to ensure all requirements are covered and backed up with a signed contract. At present, I cover hours from approximately 7.30 am until 6.30 pm (11 hours). I work with you, rather than against you and will try to accommodate where I can. Life is not always easy, so I will assist when and where I can. Everything will be documented in a formal contract, so there is no confusion.
I live in the Westlands, Newcastle-under-Lyme with my husband, and I think we have a wonderful setting to enable me to look after your precious children. We have a large back garden with a Summer House, as well as a Play Room in an outside building and then in the house, we the Toy Room, Kitchen and downstairs bathroom. I feel it needs to be seen to be appreciated and photos are on my web page. We have a large park behind our property and we have access from our back garden, and it is totally safe and secure. The local schools are all within walking distance as is Newcastle town centre and as my husband works at the University Hospital of North Midlands, (The Royal Stoke), he also walks to work, when required, but presently works from home.
I have looked after a child of 7 months, and another aged 11 years, so I have some experience with children of various ages. One of my mindees has been diagnosed with Diabetes, so I have received full training and can now administer full and correct medications, another three are dairy intolerant and I also have two with Ceoliac disease, so I have learnt a lot, medically and made my understanding more clear.
I also work with the Staffordshire County Council and Entrust, which is where I gain more and more knowledge.

My Experience
Over 7 years as a Childminder, but with 20 years previously within Supply Chain, working with a team of 10 in my last role at Finning, Caterpillar.
My Qualifications
I have all of the relevant qualifications as a Childminder, and am constantly attending Webinars in the evenings.

daily rate as well as hourly rate, dependent which works out cheaper for you.

As a first time mother returning to work just as my son turned 9 months, I was very apprehensive. Juliette has made the entire transition so easy and managable for both us and our little one. A well thought out setting and activity schedule, and a very happy little Turtle who reaches for her after just a few months of being in her care - Speaks volumes. Very flexible and helpful. She even completes a comprehensive diary of his day, and sends the occasional snap to make my day at work a little brighter. Happy Bunny is the absolute best!
