About Me
I'm a positive, friendly, very open South African who loves children and have a GOOD Ofsted rating. Having spent a number of years in the sports marketing industry, I have a naturally exuberant personality and very rarely don't have a smile on my face. I have always wanted to work in Early Years education and so, 12 years ago, decided to pack in the corporate world and follow my dream. I have created a fun space where children feel free to express themselves through creative play and exercise. I love cooking and believe in fresh, wholesome home cooked food - no frozen/ready meals here! I live almost on the corner of Marble Hill Park which has 2 little kids play parks and is a great open space to run wild, kick balls, chase bubbles, ride bikes/scooters, feed ducks, fly kites etc. We also have a veggie patch in the communal allotment where our resident scarecrows Mr and Mrs Hayface help us to grow flowers and all sorts of yummy veg throughout the year. My garden is fully enclosed with code-locked gates for children's safety and I have a fantastic purpose-built playroom with double-glazed bi-folding doors which look and open straight into garden. The underfloor heating keeps us very snug in the cold weather and there are plenty of toys, books, arts/crafts, puzzles, dolls, dress up costumes, cars and instruments to keep us entertained. We love going to soft play, playgroups and adventuring to Kew Gardens, Hampton Court Magic Kingdom and other parks and playgrounds all over the place for varied outings.
My Experience
I was a full-time nanny for 3.5 years looking after boys and girls ranging in age from 9 months to 10 years. I have been childminding for 9 years now.
My Qualifications
I'm an Ofsted registered childminder with certificates in IPC, Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety & Hygiene, Safeguarding Children and CYPOP, Maths in Early Years,Early Years Transitions, Creative Kids, Outdoor Play and Risk, Fire Safety in the Home, Online Safety and Risky Behaviour, Behaviour Management and Quality Environments for 2-year Olds. I also hold a Diploma in Business Computing.

My Fees
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
My rates are as follows:
Full day (7-10hours) - £82.50
Half day(5-6hours) - £57.50
Less than 5hrs or ad hoc - £12/hr
These rates include all taxes, food costs and playgroups and all outings.
